Located on a nice quiet family site with private access to the beach.  Mablethorpe town Centre and Sutton On Sea are less than a mile away, an easy walk along the promenade. There is a bus stop just outside the site gates into Mablethorpe or Sutton on Sea.

Our refurbished Atlas Moonstone Super 2 Bedroom Caravan has a spacious lounge, with a gas fire for those chillier days.  Flat screen TV, dining area and open plan kitchen area.  Kitchen has tall fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and gas oven & hob  There is a Child's high chair available for your use.

Double bedroom with wardrobe, cupboards with mirror above.  Hairdryer provided for your use.  Twin bedroom with wardrobe.  Clothes hangers in both bedrooms.  Small double pull out bed in lounge.

Large Shower With WC and hand basin.

Full length side veranda with gate to keep little ones and dogs safe.

Direct private access to the beach.

Couples and Families Only.

We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs, but please do not allow them on the furniture and they are not to be left alone in the caravan.

Free WiFi in reception area.  If you have 4G on your phone you can get on the Internet in the caravan.

Although this site doesn’t have any bar & entertainment on site there is “The Dreams Bar” on Trusville Holiday Homes Site that offers these facilities. Along with a cafe that offers breakfast, lunch & dinner.. only a short walk along the promenade towards Mablethorpe.   Sutton Springs Holiday Estate has  the Seagull Bar & Restaurant which is a short walk away towards Sutton on Sea.

The Security Bond Deposit of £50 is to be paid on booking and it on top of the rental fee.  This will not be refunded if you have to cancel your holiday for any reason, but you may change your dates if given enough notice.  Once the caravan has been checked and there is no damaged missing or broken items on your departure your Security Deposit will be refunded. The cost to replace any items will be deducted from your deposit, if the deposit does not cover the cost to replace the item , you will be invoiced.  Refunds will usually be actioned within 48 hrs.  Please respect our property and leave it in the clean and tidy condition it was in when you arrived.  This deposit also secures your chosen dates, the balance will be due to be paid one month prior to your holiday.

Information required for how many adults, children and dogs will be staying.  Ages if the children if under 18 years of age.  How many dogs?

Keys to be collected from the Reception on your arrival and returned to the Reception on your departure.  

Check in between 3pm- 4.30pm

Check out by 10am

Postponement and cancellation

This clause explains when you, or we, may cancel or agree to postpone your holiday due to Government restrictions. We prefer that you postpone but will always allow you to cancel where the law gives you the right to do so.

The rights in this clause are additional to any other rights either of us may have in our terms and conditions.

We promise to keep all our customers safe. We ask you not to book if the law prevents you visiting or staying with us, or if Government guidance means that you should not visit or stay with us even if the law still allows you to. Our promise also means that there are limited circumstances in which we may need to cancel your holiday.

Either of us has the right to cancel your holiday, or any full unused days, if the law prevents you from visiting or staying with us. If your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full.  If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel.  We will not charge an administration fee.
