‘Glenmoor 48’ is a 3 bedroom Carnaby Cascade Centre lounge caravan (37ft x 12ft) with double glazing and central heating.
One end of the caravan has a double bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom. It is fitted wardrobes, over bed storage, bedside tables with lamps.
The Jack and Jill bathroom consists of a toilet, large shower enclosure and a sink with under cupboard storage.
The lounge area is fitted with a large seating area with double sofa bed, a gas fire, 42" digital TV, DVD player and a safe.
The kitchen is fitted with a cooker with oven and grill, a toaster, microwave and a fridge/freeze.. There is also ample storage above and below the work surfaces.
At the other end of the caravan there are two further bedrooms with twin beds, single wardrobe unit, over bed storage with a bedside shelf and there is a separate toilet with wash hand basin.
Outside the double French doors,is a large decking area with table and chairs and a large grassed area with enough space to park a car.

Location
Glenmoor forty-eight is located in a quiet part of the park, yet still within just a few hundred yards of all the site facilities.
On site facilities include an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, mini golf, two play areas for children, site shop and a launderette.
The site has the "Bay view Club" with nightly entertainment for both adults and children. There is also an amusement centre, take-away restaurant for snacks and free wi-fi in the main club house.
Within a short walk you will find a beach and a cliff top walk with breathtaking views!
There is a bus service that runs from the park to Brixham where you will be able to make connections to all of Torbay and the surrounding areas.
A pleasant drive away, you will find the towns of Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth and Babbacombe.
There are plenty of things to see and do in the surrounding area for the thrill seekers and those looking for a relaxing break.

A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is to be paid within 48hrs of booking. Also a damage bond of £100 is to be paid with the final balance. This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There’s plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids’ club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.
Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the Oceanus Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary’s Cove.
The harbourside at Brixham is perfect for a spot of crabbing and is home to some fantastic restaurants with freshly caught fish prepared daily or if you prefer you can enjoy some good old fashioned fish and chips and choose from over 35 flavours of ice cream!
