Lodge 2 bedroom Sleeps 4 very spacious has onsuit bathroom and main bathroom 1 x Kingsize bed and 2 Single beds bed guards available if needed,dinning table and 4 Chairs fully equipped Kitchen including dishwasher and washer dryer , large secured decked area also large grassed area to the side for children to play with no passing traffice plenty of parking. The lodge is located on the Glanmore side of Barmouth Bay it has a secure barrier which only gives access to guests on site.

Please do not allow your dogs onto the sofas or beds, unless you have provided a blanket for they to lay down on.

If you use the cooker, please line the grill and oven with tin foil

No smoking in the caravan or on the decking, smoking on the grassed area outside.  Please use an ashtray (I do not provide these)

And finally, please leave the Lodge as you found it (clean and tidy with bins emptied)
