Welcome to our lovely 2016 Delta Ascot, central heated, double glazed holiday home, which overlooks a lake and fields. There is private hardstanding parking alongside for 2 cars. The gated decking provides security for children and dogs.
The spacious comfy lounge has 2 and 3 seater sofas, a 40" wall mounted Freeview TV, a DVD player and DVD's, and a few games for the children. FREE PRIVATE WIFI avavilable. The master bedroom has wall cupboards, a walk in wardrobe and a 24"wall mounted Freeview TV. The twin bedroom has wall cupboards, a wardrobe and a 24"wall mounted Freeview TV. Duvets, pillows and bedding are provided, and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival, unless you specify that you would prefer to fetch your own bed linen. Please fetch your own towels and tea towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board etc., everything you require.
Gas, electric and water are included in the price. Passes are not, but these can be purchsed from reception.
Dogs welcome at no extra cost, but must be well behaved, and not allowed onto the beds or furniture, and are not to be left unattended in the caravan unless in a pet cage.
The caravan is available throughout the year Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday. For Saturday to Saturday or alternative times please enquire. MINIMUM 3 nights. £50 deposit secures your dates, with the full balance plus £50 refundable damage deposit being due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded within 2 days of vacating provided there is no loss or damage to the caravan or contents, and it is left clean and tidy.
Sand le Mere has plenty of facilities to suit everyone. . An indoor heated pool, kid's splash zone and water slide. Steam room, sauna, gym, pool tables, crazy golf, kid's outdoor adventure playground and indoor soft play area. There's a shop, cafe, takeaway, restaurant and bar. Regular kid's and adult entertainment, and much, much more besides.
