Come and enjoy a lovely break in our Private Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom Static Holiday Home situated on Manor Park Hunstanton Norfolk and located in a quiet cul-de-sac area of Kensington.  Double glazed, Central Heated, Sleeps 4 guests and includes decking area and hard standing for 2 vehicles. 

Our Holiday Home offers:

Lounge/Dinner - Modern open-plan living area with 3 seater leather electric recliner sofa and armchair.  Large Flat Screen Smart TV, and free-standing dining table with four chairs.

Kitchen - Equipped with full-sized gas cooker, four ring gas hob and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and ample crockery and utensils etc.

Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed, wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets and overhead cupboards, plus toilet en-suite, wall mounted TV. 

Bedroom 2 -  Twin Single Beds, with wardrobe, drawers, overhead cupboards and wall mounted TV.

Bathroom - Double Power Shower, WC and wash hand basin. Please note the Shower Door is a Single Size.

Outside -  Fully enclosed decking area to front and side, with patio table and four chairs, two sun loungers.

We also accept 1 well behaved small dog for an additional charge of £45

Hard standing parking for two cars.

There is double glazing and gas radiator central heating throughout, plus an electric fire in the lounge area. 

WIFI is available onsite on a Pay as you go basis through Wifinity. WIFI is however Free of Charge in the club house. 

Entertainment passes can be purchased through the Park Reception. 

Charging of Electric Vehicles is NOT PERMITTED on site, there are however charging points located at Tesco Supermarket a short distance from the park entrance.

The park facilities are Only five minutes' walk which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools (subject to seasonal opening), amusements, restaurant, pub, entertainment complex and laundrette. Guests can buy short stay passes from reception to use all the amenities. Wifi is available throughout the park (at a charge) or free in the complex reception area. 

Hunstanton north beach is ten minutes' walk from the park entrance.

Just outside the park gates there is a Tesco supermarket and a family-friendly pub restaurant open all day.

Hunstanton is the gateway to the beautiful North Norfolk coast, with unspoilt beaches, award winning pubs, the royal Sandringham estate, and towns such as Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market close by.

Please bring your own Bed Linen and Towels  (Master Bed is King Size with a Deep Matress)

We provide a small supply of coffee, tea and sugar to start you off, plus a pint of fresh milk and a welcome gift.

Please note there is no smoking allowed in the Caravan or on and around the Decking Area.

This is a private rental please treat it with care and love as you would your own home.

Check in from 2pm Saturday - Check out by 10am Saturday

£100 deposit secures your booking (non refundable) and balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date.  Payment accepted by bank transfer or cheque.

Please note that we require a £100 holiday bond deposit, in addition to your payment. This will be refunded in full to your bank account within 7 days of your departure as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy on departure (no excessive cleaning required, no damage, no evidence of smoking etc).

A selection of tourist and attraction leaflets will be left for you together with a selection of games.

Nestling on the southern side of Hunstanton in East Anglia & Lincolnshire and just a few minutes walk from the beach, Manor Park Holiday Village is the ideal for family holidays. Start the day with some serious sandcastle action, then head for a splash about in one of our 2 heated outdoor swimming pools.

There’s a spacious sun lounge area where you can enjoy a drink while the kids have fun in the pool. In the evening, relax in the comforable leather seats and settees in the Star Bar, where you can enjoy some truly top-class entertainment.
