Why do our visitors enjoy staying with us and come back so often?

• Wow factor.
• Amazing open views of the bay and Isle of Wight in S.E, with a panorama of Downs round to Corfe Castle and the NW with very little obstruction from other vans. View (and sounds) includes steam railway trains running along the valley! 
• It is not overlooked despite being so open. It does not feel at all like so many tightly packed parks, from inside the van you can hardly see any other vans, and then usually just their roof. (We waited years for this plot to come free, and then upgraded the van to suit the site.)
• Grassed garden with some paved areas and local stones steps to both doors. Solid garden tables and plenty of seating options; rotary drier for towels and swim suits. 
• The modern, light, spacious van features huge 7' high windows by the kitchen & dining area for the views and sunsets, see pictures .
• USB charger points in rooms, Bluetooth built in audio system
• Morning and evening sun, inside if it is cool - outside if it is warm. Shade if you need it in the middle of the day and N-S orientation helps avoids an overheated van - and there is nearly always some breeze available so on those baking hot days it really feels the best place to be.
• King size bed with en-suite loo, basin and shower
• The second bedroom has larger-than-normal 3ft beds 
• This is no business, we just want people to enjoy staying here some of the time we do not use our one caravan and cover some of our costs.

It is well positioned in a quiet and low traffic area, with excellent access to nearby nature reserve, cliff walks and Jurassic coast.

We have just returned from a lovely week here. Without a doubt, the best panoramic views we have ever enjoyed from a holiday property. The views are simply stunning both from the front overlooking the harbour and from the side overlooking the steam train passing below (binoculars were a great addition). The caravan itself is very modern with good facilities (including lovely hot showers both in the main bedroom and the bathroom) and we found it to be perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed a trip to Brownsea Island via the chain ferry from Studland and boat from Sandybanks but Studland and of course, Corfe Castle were other highlights.

A truly fabulous caravan in a wonderful position, it exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern and fully equipped, we couldn't have asked for more. And the views!! Outstanding! Fantastic 5* caravan accommodation, in an outstanding position,with fabulous views of Swanage bay /town and the hills. The caravan is fully equipped very comfy and has washer/dryer and dishwasher. Roomy bedrooms with big beds and two showers /toilets. Sunrise views in the morning over the bay and sunset over the hills. Lovely area of Dorset. The scenery is outstanding.Colin the owner offers all the info you need to give you a trouble free holiday. We are a mature couple so cannot comment on suitability for younger children on the site, but we will certainly make this a regular booking.

Firstly I would like to thank Colin as he was very helpful and informative during our booking process, it was well organised with all the information you need about the caravan. The caravan is fantastic 10/10 with all the equipment you need, modern open plan living room and kitchen, large comfortable bedroom with en-suit, 2 large single beds and a great size main bathroom with free standing shower. Finaly the ever changing views from the caravan are outstanding!!! As they look out over Swanage bay/town, the surrounding hills and Corfe Castle on a clear day. Would definitely return and recommend to others. 10/10
Family with older children

• DEPOSIT on booking £100 (non refundable), Full payment 6 weeks before your stay. We find bank transfer payment easiest for all of us. We have not had a need to take deposits so far, please treat our van well as others have...
• Normal bookings Saturday to Saturday, but check the calender pricing as there are sometimes part short weeks available. We will always consider other patterns where Sat-Sat does not work for you, just contact me...
• Friday to Friday or something else?? let us know if this suits you better as we could swap the change over days for some periods - less road traffic and queues on those peak weeks! However gaps in the summer peak week lettings are something we do our best to avoid (or make a charge to cover).
• PART WEEKS/LONGER STAYS: contact us. Days that fit in one Sat-Sat week are more likely to work rather than, for instance, a Friday to Sunday. Last minute part week bookings get more attractive, look for the cheaper looking weeks as they may be shorter stays when perhaps someone wanted 10 or 12 days...
• Please let me know number of adults in your group, any special needs or concerns and children with ages as this helps me ensure the van will suit you. (We also inform the site during your stay so they know who is there.)

2024: the site ask for your vehicle reg. This is new and I understand to reduce people having their parking space taken by others - I do not know how this will work out in practice. We have never really had problems near us, there is plenty of space and we co-operate with our neighbour when either of us have visitors etc. You can fit 2 medium cars one behind the other beside the van although this may mean some shuffling to get in and out!
