Our caravan has a bright modern open plan lounge/ kitchen diner with lovely views. Full size gas cooker/ integrated fridge/ freezer/ microwave/ toaster/ kettle and slow cooker. All crockery/ cutlery and kitchen utensils are included. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin, shaving point and radiator. The caravan is fully double glazed and has a gas Combi boiler for heating and instant hot water. Looking out of the lounge the view is over to Rhos on sea and the countryside. In the lounge there is ample seating just  right for relaxing after a busy day site seeing. Also an electric fire plus radiator to keep you cosy while watching the smart TV. Free internet is connected. The main bedroom has a  double bed with mattress protectors over the exclusive Duvalay mattress,  an ensuite, double wardrobe ,two side cabinets ,two cupboards, hair dryer  and radiator. The other bedroom has two single beds with Duvalay/Silentnight mattresses plus mattress protectors, wardrobe, hairdryer and radiator. Outside you can sit and relax on the decking with table and chairs, sun loungers with a glass or two or take a stroll to Angel Bay to watch the seals basking.Free gas and electricity are included in your rental charge. You will receive our complete terms and conditions by email when you first enquire. Strictly no smoking or vaping in or around the caravan. 

You will need to bring your own bed linen,towels and tea towels. Duvets and pillows are supplied for all beds.

Local amenities within five minutes walking distance include Doctors, Chemist Co-op, Restaurant, Hairdressers, Bus stops, Bakery and newsagent and there is also an outdoor bowling green.

To secure your holiday, a non refundable deposit of £100 for each week is required at the time of booking, by cheque or bankers transfer. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
