A warm welcome to the spacious three bedroom Willerby Granada XL holiday home which has stunning views of the Welsh hills and is located in 5* Penrhyn Hall Caravan Park, Penrhyn Bay between Rhos-on-Sea and Llandudno.

The spacious lounge has a large new L shaped settee and a free standing arm chair, feature electric fire place and a 43 inch Smart TV whilst the dining area has a free standing table with high backed chairs. 

A fully equipped kitchen has a gas oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, air fryer,  integrated fridge freezer. Crockery, glassware, cutlery, pans, toaster, kettle, iron and board, vacuum and cleaning products provided. Condiments/ kitchen/ toilet roll/ tea towels are also provided. 

The master bedroom has two single beds 2 ft 6 divans with comfortable mattresses. There is a double wardrobe with mirrors on the wardrobe doors. A dressing table and stool. There are plenty of storage cupboards. The second bedroom has two single 2ft 6 divan beds with comfortable mattresses, a single wardrobe and storage cupboards. The third bedroom has one single 2ft 6 divan bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside cabernet, single wardrobe and storage cabernets.

The main bathroom has a double shower unit, WC, basin and a mirorred vanity unit. There is a further WC room with a basin.

Outside there is a spacious veranda along the side and front of the caravan. At the side of the caravan there is a bistro table and 2 chairs, at the front of the caravan there is a settee and 2 chairs with seating cushions and a coffee table. There is a patio area with a round table with 6 chairs for outside dining. An outside umbrella and stand is available. 

Parking at the front of the caravan or alternatively there is a tarmacked car parking bay area. 

Free Wi-fi is available.

All bookings are for a minimum of a 7 night stay. We do not hire for short or weekend breaks. 

Our holiday home is non-smoking or vaping.

We would consider a small breed dog to stay with you on your holiday. 

A deposit of £100 (paid within 3 days of the reservation) secures the booking. 

Payment can be made either by bank transfer or cheque.

The balance should be paid before or at the lastest 4 weeks before the arrival date.

A damage deposit is not requested but guests are expected to respect the contents of our holiday home and to replace any lost or damaged items.

An end of stay professional clean is included in the price.

Confirmation e mails will be sent at each stage of the booking process. 

Check-in and leaving arragements will be issued following receipt of the balance.

Check in is 2.30pm. Departure is 10.30am. 

Please note that guests are expected to supply their own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels.

Llandudno is Wales's largest resort, uniquely situated between the Great and Little Orme with two wonderful beaches, the award winning North Shore and the quiet, sand duned West Shore.

Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour, despite its modern attractions. Llandudno is only 2 miles away from our caravan park and boasts an indoor swimming pool, theatre, museum, bowling green and alley, tennis courts, golf courses, a large shopping centre and many other attractions on the Great Orme including; mines, cable cars, trams, toboggan run and artificial ski slope.

Rhos-on-Sea is one and a half miles away with plenty of shops to look around, it has a small harbour and is ideal for water sports.

Colwyn Bay, with its Mountain Zoo, leisure centre and Eirias Park 3 miles away.

The quaint town of Conwy is 5 miles away and well worth a visit for it's medieval castle, marina, open-air market, many shops, boat trips and bustling quayside.

These resorts are easily accessible as buses frequently pass the park entrance.

Penrhyn Bay has all you would expect in a village with it's man-made beach, shops, bowling green, restaurants and a golf course close by.
