Fully furnished, double-glazed and central heated caravan with a side veranda.

Veranda and Patio - Gated veranda with seating and a lockable gate. Patio area at the rear of the caravan with seating for all your party.  **A gas BBQ is available for use with prior notice given**

Parking - Parking is available in bays adjacent to the caravan. **Parking on the grass at the side of the caravan is discouraged by Haven**

Lounge - Ample spaced family lounge area with free-standing furniture (including a sofabed - with advanced notice). Integrated flat screen tv/dvd. We offer a selection of DVDs, books and board games for our guest usage.  Portable WiFi unit (Please be aware that the signal on site can sometimes be unpreditacble and out of our control). Blankets are available for use (If your dog loves the human comfort of a sofa. We ask that you use the blankets provided to place on the sofas before allowing you dogs to sit on them).

Kitchen and Dining - Fully equipped kitchen with 3/4 fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, gas oven, airfryer and a few extra touches to make your stay that little bit more convenient and comfortable.  

Freestanding dining table and chairs.     **A booster seat or highchair can be supplied on request**

Double Bedroom - Double bed, bedside tables with lamps, mirror, vanity shelf, overhead storage and large wardrobe.  **Please note that it is not possible to fit a bassinet or bedside cot into this room. Please see twin room details for information about adaptations we can provide to accomodate your needs**

2 twin bedrooms - Each room contains 2 single beds, a bedside table with overhead lamp, overhead storage, mirror and a small wardrobe at the base of the bed.  **A bed can be removed and replaced with a travel cot, if required.  We can also provide bedside rails, on request**

We supple all pillows, quilts, blanket and bedding for every booking at no extra cost.

Family Bathroom - Roomy family bathroom with large shower unit, toilet, shaving point, wash hand basin with overhead and undersink mirrored units. *A shower mat is provided for all guest.  A extra hand rail can be supplied for extra stability if required.  We can also supply you with a baby/toddler collapsible bath for the shower tray, on request**

Seperate WC - Toilet, Hand basin and mirror.

Extras -  We provide a complimentary 'Welcome' pack consisting of a pint of fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, breakfast condiments and tasty treat for humans and pets. We also have toilet and kitchen paper, tea towels and cleaning products for use during stay.

A hoover can be found located by the dining table for guest use during their break

We supply a raised feeding station and waterbowl, extra dog waste bag for your pet(s).

1. SandyPawsHaven regret that we are unable to accept bookings from groups of persons of all one sex, or groups under 21 years of age. The person hiring the caravan must be over 21 years.
2. In order for us to clean and check the caravan, departures must be made by 10:00am on the day of departure.
3. Pets are allowed to stay in this caravan.
4. We request that you DO NOT smoke or vape in any of our caravan.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances: Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a refund of all money received will be given. Alternative accommodation would be sought and if acceptable to the hirer this could be accepted as an alternative.
6. Balance of Payment: You agree to pay the balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date without reminder from us. If payment is not received we will remind you by email if there is no response the holiday will be treated as cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.
7. A deposit of £50 will be taken at the time of booking, this addition to the added final invoice, but is recorded as a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it.

We ask that if something has been broken or a fault develops during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.   We pride ourselves on doing our best sort problems swiftly so not to affect your security deposit but we can only do this if you inform us in advance.   Any unreported damage or faults could affect your security deposit.

1. Insurance: It is recommended that you purchase some form of Holiday Insurance from your local broker to cover your personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation/curtailment, personal and public liability etc.
2. Children: Supervision of young children is strongly recommended during the use of Play Facilities and in the Swimming Pool area. Children under 8 years of age and those that cannot swim will not be permitted in the Swimming Pool unless supervised by an adult
3. Park Rules: Park Rules are displayed on Park. Please ensure that you and your party comply with these. Haven reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests. Only the people listed on the booking form can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the park. If this legal requirement is not met your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave with no refund made.
4. Cancellation of your Holiday: If for any reason you have to cancel your holiday, after the full balance has been paid. Please contact us immediately and we will discuss the circumstances as to your chance in circumstances. Depending on the circumstance, where possible we will endeavour to resell for the date of your booking and refund as much as possible where appropriate depending on loses due to late booking.  
5. Transfer of Holiday: If you wish to change the holiday date or caravan once your initial deposit has been paid, whilst we will do everything we can to accommodate you, but it will be down to our discretion.
6. Bedding: We supply duvets, pillows and bedding in the hire cost. Guests are welcome to use the bed linen supplied by us, or guests can provide their own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases (Please inform us if you bring you own so we do not make up the beds in advance). You will not be able to hire linen once you are on site from Haven.
7. Facilities: As we do not own the park we do not take responsibility for any alteration to the facilities listed. During off peak season entertainment is scaled down.
8. The Hirer: Must remain with the group for the entire stay of the holiday and is responsible for the rest of the group. Only the people listed on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan.
9. Caravan Contents: All contents of the caravan including mattresses, duvets, pillows, seat cushions, and kitchen utensils must remain in the caravan at all times.
10. WiFi – There is a portable WiFi unit in this caravan (please be aware the sites signal can sometimes be unpredictable and this is out of our control), Haven only offer their WiFi around the complex area.

If you are found to be breaking any of these rules you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

The park is pretty big. And because so many families come to stay here, Haven make it their priority to make sure that activities, entertainment and dining facilities don’t disappoint...

So as well as a great, daily entertainment line-up and the sort of fun facilities you’d expect from Haven. You’ll also find some unique places to eat. The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
