Terms and Conditions of Booking
Deposit. A £50.00 per week deposit (non Refundable) is required at the time of booking. We must receive this within 7 days of reservation; otherwise the caravan may be re-let.
Balance. The balance plus a breakage/damage/extra cleaning bond of £75 is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. The bond will be returned within 10 days of departure, subject to satisfactory inspection
Late payment may result in the caravan being re-let and loss of deposit.
Letting arrangements. Arrival time to be from 3pm. Meet and greet service at the caravan . Contact arrangements will be provided with booking confirmation.
If arrival is to be after 18.00pm then arrangements will be made for you to collect the keys on-site upon your arrival.
Departure time to be no later than 10am. Lost keys will be charged for at £20 per set.
Accommodation. The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party. Pets and Smoking are not permitted in the Caravan.
Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male / all female non-family parties.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer.
Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Behaviour. If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
Small pets are allowed at owners discretion and only with prior approval, and are bound by John Fowler site rules (below) for pets allowed on site – an additional £25 per pet (per week) is charged to your booking.
Dogs will not be admitted onto the parks unless advised and paid for in advance and will be strictly monitored. Proof of payment will be required. Dogs must be supervised and kept on a lead at all times, please be a responsible pet owner and bring your poop-scoop. Dogs are not allowed in the clubhouse. Dogs must not be left unattended in accommodation if you are off site. Sorry, we do not allow any dangerous dogs or breed listed under the dangerous dogs act 1991.
There is no charge for registered assistance dogs. If you have a registered assistance dog please call us to make your booking.
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and NOTIFY US IN WRITING within 3 days. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:

We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
