Thank you for taking the time to look at our lovely privately owned caravan, the ideal base for your holiday, whether you are making the most of the fantastic facilities on the main Cayton Bay complex for both family and adult breaks or for time off site exploring. 

Owned by Cancer Relief UK (registered charity no. 1122929) this caravan is presented to you in a clean and comfortable condition.

With parking directly outside the caravan you it won;t take you long to unload and let your holiday begin!  We aim to provide all the necessary basics for you to make the most of this self-catering accommodation it has a well equipped kitchen area with full size fridge freezer, perfect for the ice creams for the little ones and the ice for your G&Ts. We also have a full sized dishwasher. 

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 spacious double with en-suite toilet  and TV, and 2, 2 bed single rooms, with all beds made up for your arrival. You also have a shower room. Please note. towels, including tea towels and bath mats are not provided at this time. 

In the lounge area we have a 55" TV and DVD player, you are welcome to bring your own games consoles to connect to the TV and site WIFI packages can be purchased.

We are situated just a few minutes’ walk from the main complex. Cayton Bay Holiday Park has something for everyone from tiny tots to Great Grandparents and everyone in between.

Passes are not included in your break but are easily purchased from the main reception.

There is a pub across the road from the site entrance, The Tow bar which caters with a fine menu of food and beverages it also has a large beer garden.

The bus stops are also outside the main entrance where you can access the services to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. There is an onsite laundrette and a shop.

The site also boasts direct beach access via an underpass to the most beautiful Cayton Bay beach, which is dog friendly all year round.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Full payment is required 4 weeks before your holiday, non payment will result in your deposit being retained.
    
2. Payable within 48 hours of your enquiry a £50 non refundable deposit secures your dates.
    
3. You are also required to pay, with your holiday balance a £50 refundable damage bond, this will be returned to you in full, once the caravan has been checked and confirmed that no damage has been found or additional cleaning required. Usually with 7 days of your departure day.
    
4. If the use of cosmetics, fake tan lotions/creams, hair dye or other such products causes permanent damage to any soft or hard surfaces within the caravan your full bond will be retained for cleaning and replacement, as necessary.
    
5. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofa without sufficient protection. It is your responsibility to provide any throws/blankets to protect the caravan. Any damage caused by your dog/s will affect your damage bond.
    
6. Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan, evidence of smoking will affect your damage bond.
    
7. We recommend, for your own peace of mind that you take out sufficient holiday insurance to cover illness, including COVID 19. Accidents and any change to your circumstances preventing you continuing with your booking are your responsibility. We only offer a full refund for any cancellations due to circumstances outside of our control for example damage sufficient that you are no longer able to use the caravan or full site closure, should this scenario occur we will give you as much notice as possible. 
    
8. Cayton Bay Holiday Park is a family holiday resort and operates a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behaviour, this includes noise disturbances. In the event you are asked to leave site by security staff, your holiday will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be given, including the refundable damage bond under these circumstances. 
    
9. Check in time is 4pm and caravan has to be departed by 10am.
    
10. We do not accept responsibility for any damage or theft from any vehicles associated to your booking parked within any location of the whole  Cayton Bay Holiday Park site. This should be covered by your own insurance.
