Butlins Skegness, Lincolnshire (Ref.110007)

Thank you for taking the time to look at our lovely privately owned caravan, the ideal base for your holiday, whether you are making the most of the fantastic facilities on the main Butlins complex for both family and adult weekender breaks, the Caravan Village or for time off site exploring what else Skegness has to offer. 

Owned by Cancer Relief UK (registered charity no. 1122929) this caravan is presented to you in a clean and comfortable condition. We aim to provide all the necessary basics for you to make the most of this self-catering accommodation it has a well equipped kitchen area with under counter fridge that has a freezer compartment, perfect for the ice creams for the little ones and the ice for your G&Ts. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 double and 2, 2 bed single rooms, with all beds made up for your arrival. You also have a shower room and separate toilet. Please note. towels, including tea towels and bath mats are not provided at this time. In the lounge area we have a 32" TV with built in DVD player, you are welcome to bring your own games consoles to connect to the TV and although the site WIFI does not extend to the Caravan Village phone signal remains good for the majority providers. 

We are situated approx 8 short minutes’ walk from the main complex. Your booking includes wristbands for up to 6 people at no extra cost and we cater for family and adult only weekends.

Please note: Due to being a private caravan booking, while all Butlins facilities and shows are open to you they are not pre-bookable for private caravan guests. This does not mean you won’t be able to go it just means you have to use the non pre-booked queues.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Full payment is required 6 weeks before your holiday, non payment will result in your deposit being retained. 
    
2. Payable within 48 hours of your enquiry a £75 non refundable deposit secures your dates.
    
3. You are also required to pay, with your holiday balance a £75 refundable damage bond, this will be returned to you in full, once the caravan has been checked and confirmed that no damage has been found or additional cleaning required. Usually with 7 days of your departure day.
    
4. All  adult weekends require £100 non refundable deposit and £100 refundable damage bond.
    
5. Adult weekends are based on a minimum of 4 people, Butlins require the lead guest to be over 21
   .
6. If the use of cosmetics, fake tan lotions/creams, hair dye or other such products causes permanent damage to any soft or hard surfaces within the caravan your full bond will be retained for cleaning and replacement, as necessary.
    
7. Pets are not allowed inside the caravan, evidence of pets will affect your damage bond.
    
8. Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan, evidence of smoking will affect your damage bond.
    
9. We recommend, for your own peace of mind that you take out sufficient holiday insurance to cover illness, including COVID 19. Accidents and any change to your circumstances preventing you continuing with your booking are your responsibility. We only offer a full refund for any cancellations due to circumstances outside of our control for example damage sufficient that you are no longer able to use the caravan or full site closure, should this scenario occur we will give you as much notice as possible. 
    
10. Bookings made less then 72 hours of the first night of your stay will incur a booking fee of £45 in addition to your holiday cost. This is the full fee we have to pay to Butlins for bookings made at short notice.  
     
11. Butlins is a family holiday resort and operates a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behaviour, this includes noise disturbances. In the event you are asked to leave site by Butlins security staff, your holiday will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be given, including the refundable damage bond under these circumstances. 
     
12. Check in time is 4pm and caravan has to be departed by 10am.
     
13. We do not accept responsibility for any damage or theft from any vehicles associated to your booking parked within any location of the whole Butlins Skegness site. This should be covered by your own insurance.

A Traditional Fairground (complete with vintage stall games) pays homage to it's seaside roots, while the brand-new entertainment venues keep things fresh and vibrant. 

Situated on the Lincolnshire Coast, 20 miles from Lincoln, it’s within easy reach of the Midlands and northern regions and has free on-site parking. Wondering why Billy Butlin chose this specific spot? That would be because of the beach! Skegness is home to one of the UK’s finest Blue Flag beaches, with an endless stretch of award-winning golden sand, right on the doorstep. 

When the sun’s shining, make the most of the adrenalin-fuelled outdoor activities. Take your pick from the high ropes, climbing wall, go-karts and freefall. And when the weather’s not playing ball? There’s loads to do inside including laser tag, bowling, arts and crafts and, of course, the huge Splash Waterworld. Renovated in 2018, the pool features nearly 3000 square metres of fun, with high-speed flumes, racing rapids, a pool for tots and a winding vortex slide that sends you spinning into a giant bowl.
