Our van is a 2018 Swift Bordeaux,boasting full size amenities. There is a spacious living area with Freesat and free WiFi, and a living flame electric fire, for cosy evenings. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. Free gas and electric. 

Enjoy a restful night's sleep in white egyptian cotton sheets on a king-size bed, with en-suite. The main bedroom has a full sized wardrobe. There is also a twin bedroom, with wardrobe, and a further double sofa bed in the lounge. All bed linen and towels are provided, free of charge

Have your morning coffee (or breakfast) on the spacious south facing decking, at the table of our Katie Blake Deep seated Sandringham patio set. For evening get-togethers, there's a gas BBQ. 

Wells is one of the most attractive towns on the North Norfolk Coast. From the long sweeping beach bordered by pine woodland, along the gentle harbour with small fishing boats and children fishing for crabs, past the shops on Staithe Street with not a chain store in sight, to the tree-lined park with its fine Georgian houses, quiet pubs and restaurants - Wells is an unspoiled seaside destination, waiting to be discovered. A beautiful and historic seaside resort, Wells provides opportunities for sightseeing, water sports, bird watching, country walks and plenty of family fun. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wells has plenty to offer visitors to the region.

In a quiet corner, on the beach side of the Pinewoods Holiday Park, adjacent to the pedestrian access, our van is perfectly situated, to be from van to beach in just two minutes. 

If you know Wells, you know Wells loves dogs. A holiday in our static is a holiday for everyone and your dog is welcomed in our van, with dog bed, food and water bowls provided. 

Pinewoods itself has a cafe and shop, and bike hire for an active holiday.

 *We were extremely impressed with our accommodation, and more! The van rented from Ann and David surpassed all our expectations. Coffee, tea, fresh milk and biscuits waiting on arrival…such a nice touch. The van is beautiful complimented by a spacious decking, which we were able to use in October because the weather was kind. White cotton sheets and sumptuous towels provided, alongside many “extras” I had taken but hadn’t needed. Our daughter, and son in law, and two children joined us mid week, making it a “full house”, only adding to our wonderful experience. This find is indeed a gem…not sure I should be saying too much more because we are hoping to rebook for next year….we did well in Wells!!! Thank you to our fabulous hosts.xxx

*Beautiful caravan with all the home comforts you could wish for plus our four-legged friends were well catered for also. Extremely comfortable bed with lovely clean crisp white bed linen provided and huge white fluffy bath sheets. The weather was kind to us during our stay so we made full use of the outside furniture for alfresco dining. Welcome pack of tea/coffee/biscuits and milk were provided and having the Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus for us! Lots of books to read which all made for a very relaxing break. We will definitely stay here again

*100% would stay here again, amazing caravan! During our visit here there was a gas leak on site which Dave & Anne were all too happy to deal with, which was very much appreciated. This did not effect the caravan in any way whatsoever and soon got resolved by the site. The caravan had all little bits and bobs provided. Tea, Coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, toilet rolls and towels! Thankyou so much for having us. 5** from us!

*Just home from a fantastic holiday the caravan was so much more than we expected we felt at home from the minute we arrived. Even when raining it was very snug and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more and hope to stay again the future

*My husband and I stayed for a 4 night break last week. The caravan is spotlessly clean and only couple of minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach. So surprised it had satellite TV/DVD player and WiFi and the decking area was great with comfortable seating which we used a lot as it was so hot that week. Would definitely recommend this caravan as we had a lovely relaxing stress free break and booking was so easy. This was the best caravan break we have ever had, so many extras included, Tea, coffee, milk sugar etc and plenty of books to read. Can't wait to return and thanks to Dave for making it such a nice break.

*Stayed here with my son and our dog - the accommodation is second to none, especially considering it is dog friendly. Well equipped caravan that was warm and cosy. The location is perfect and the standard of the finish is very high. Highly recommended.

*A lovely caravan and an ideal situation near beach and café. Our 6 year old granddaughter had a lovely time. Couldn't fault the caravan. Great veranda with comfortable furniture. Enjoyed the barbecue/music at the café on Friday evening.

*We loved our couple of night stay in this wonderful caravan, only wish we could of stayed longer. David was great answering my questions quickly and booking was easy. The caravan was immaculately clean and so comfortable. It was so nice having a welcome pack, I could have a cup of tea after my drive! Also having toilet paper and bits made it all so much nicer. It is so close to the beach and my family really loved it. We can’t wait to go back, a 5* break thank you.

Shop
The on-site shop is well-stocked with provisions, groceries, cold-drinks and beers, wines and spirits. Opening times vary according to season and are displayed by the entrance door.

Children’s playground
Somewhere safe to let off steam and have a play. This play area is suitable for children under 16 years of age.

Lake
Once open to the sea, Abraham’s Bosom is now a unique enclosed lagoon right in Pinewoods park.

Cycling and bike hire
Pinewoods is a great base for cycling. As well as miles of quiet country lanes (and not many hills) inland, Pinewoods sits right on the Wells and Holkham Circuit of National Cycle Network route 1. There’s also lots of off-road tracks for traffic free cycling. Bikes can be hired locally by the day or week if you can’t bring your own.
