Amazingly spacious holiday Lodge  (40 ft X 20ft).The lodge is situated in a quiet corner of the park, with impressive sea views, and wrap around decking looking over the beautiful Country Park and Nature Reserve of Berry Head, and the Napoleonic forts. Walking distance to the harbour town of Brixham, secret coves, and beautiful views abound, with stunning seaside walks along the South West coastal footpath.

Parking bay for up to 2 cars next to lodge with ramp up to side decking giving easy wheelchair access.

Impressive lounge with with vaulted ceiling, and patio doors opening out to decked patio overlooking the sea, and Berry Head nature reserve. Electric fire, TV, and DVD. 2 seater Sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs

Open plan to kitchen, comprising cooker, microwave, fridge, feezer, dishwasher, washing machine.

Main bedroom has double bed, large walk in wadrobe, TV, and en suite shower room with wc, and wash basin.

Second bedroom has 2 single beds, and large walk in wardrobe.

Main bathroom comprises bath with shower over, wc, and wash basin.

Please note that that we do not provide towels.

Landscove holiday village, has outdoor and indoor heated pools (pass required £6 each per week available from reception). For the 2020 holiday season the outdoor pool is open from 22nd May - 13th September. Family bar with Sky TV, a children's play area, arcade and games room, a restaurant, mini mart shop, and night time entertainment. Pets welcome with plenty of dog walking areas. Short drive to the best areas in Devon.  Dartmouth, Dartmoor National Park, Totnes, Paignton, Torquay and Exeter and 10 different beaches are all nearby.

Please note that the park facilities will be closed from early Nov 2020 until the begining of march 2021.  The lodge will still be available for hire during these times.

Deposit of £100.00 payable at booking to secure

• Late bookings (less than 6 weeks) total amount payable on booking

• We accept payment by Paypal, cheque, bank transfer  (i will send details upon booking request)

• Written confirmations issued on booking with full check-in details after balance payment

• Weekends and short stays available, changeover date flexible if bookings allow. Just contact me to enquire.

• £75 damage security deposit required on all bookings to cover any damage.   This will be refunded in full within 5 days of staisfactory checkout

Secret coves, a picturesque setting and beautiful views with the harbour town of Brixham within walking distance. Enjoy breathtaking scenery from the Country Park & Nature Reserve of Berry Head just next door, you won't have to go far to take in the best of the area.

There are lots of themed attractions in the area. On the park choose between indoor and outdoor swimming pools so you can enjoy a dip even if the sun is hiding!
