A privately owned comfortable, well maintained, 6 berth, 2 bedroomed  caravan to rent on a quiet  park in the south Snowdonia national park just outside Tywyn with beautiful rural views of the lovely Fathew Valley, home of the Talyllyn steam railway.

The caravan is fully equipped, with spacious living accommodation and good sized main bedroom. Second bed has twin beds which can be pushed together. Double pullout bed is available in lounge, where there is ample storage for bedding during the day. Fully equipped although you would need to bring your own bed linen (duvets are provided 2 singles and 2 doubles), towels and tea towels. FreeSat TV is available in the lounge and main bedroom.

The secluded family friendly site has a club house with stunning views where evening meals and Sunday lunches (you need to book in advance for the 3 course Sunday lunch) are available from Easter to the end of September, it has a games room and laundry, there is also a heated outside swimming pool which is sheltered and a real sun trap . Membership to the club is included. You are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved pets dogs must be kept on a lead on the site, there is a charge of £10 per dog. You will be asked to pay a £50 refundable  bond which will be returned after you have left and the van has been checked for no untoward mess or damage, we would ask you not to smoke in the caravan. It is ideally situated if you feel like a hike up Cadar Idris, there are many other less strenuous walks around as well as the river estuary which perfect for canoeing. The nearest beautiful beaches are about 2 miles away. Tywyn is a small town with an indoor pool and leisure centre, 2 supermarkets, butchers and bakers, a cinema as well as a good selection of restaurants and takeaways.

Non returnable deposit of £100 due at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks before holiday date, if booking made less that 4 weeks before holiday date payment in full required.

You can enjoy the peace, relaxation and tranquillity of this well established Park which also offers the comfort and companionship of the licensed Country Club. The Park is south facing, set amidst mature gardens and landscaping giving you the opportunity to appreciate the surrounding countryside.

Whether you are looking for activities or simply relaxation you are sure to find plenty on offer in the area. Sea and fresh water fishing, sailing, wind surfing, mountain biking, golfing are all available in the locality. On the other hand you might just prefer to enjoy the areas abundant wildlife and historic sites or simply sit and relax overlooking the sunsets of Cardigan Bay.

If you are a keen walker Bird Rock (Craig y Deryn) offers fantastic views of the Dysynni Valley whilst a trip on the narrow-guage Tal-y-llyn Railway is a must for all, stopping at Dolgoch and Nant Gwernol where you can enjoy walks through the woods and to the old slate mine.
