A family-owned caravan ideal for the perfect staycation. 

3 bedroom caravan, sleeps 8 to hire on Primrose Valley with decking table and chairs and parking.

Shower and separate w.c.

Beds already made up with freshly washed bedding on arrival but please bring your own towels.

We provide tea towels, washing up liquid, and cleaning materials.

There is a hoover and small clothes airer, as well as a mop and bucket. 
Perfect location close to Filey, East Coast. With plenty of things to do on or off-site. Access straight onto the beach where you can walk straight across to the seaside resort of Filey. There is also a newly opened coastal path to Filey.

Even though this is a privately owned caravan, the rules of the site must be adhered to, please give consideration to other people around you, loud music is not allowed in or around the caravan. If security is called this may result in your stay being cut short.

This is a no-smoking caravan.

PLEASE NOTE  that the facilities,  Amusements, Entertainment, Shops, Restaurants Takeaways, and Supermarkets start to close down in November and don't reopen until March.
We are a Pet-friendly van ( up to 2 Dogs ) and charge £20  whether this is for one or two dogs

PLEASE NOTE:  if you are late vacating the caravan the cleaners would need to revisit at short notice and this would incur extra charges and you may lose your deposit

 A £50 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.  Holidays cannot be held without a deposit payment.

Payment is by bank transfer. The £50 deposit/security bond must be received within 3 days of your enquiry if not received the dates booked may be re-let. Your £50 deposit/security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked and it is left how you found it, clean & tidy with no damage or breakages, any evidence of smoking in the van will also result in loss of the bond.

Payment in full is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.  Failure to pay in full by the given date may result in your booking being canceled with no deposit refund.  Once the balance has been paid in full you will receive an email confirmation.

When a booking is made we need the names of anyone that is 16+ anyone aged 4-15 years and any under 3 we don't need the names of these people. This is to allow you to book any entertainment passes if you wish to do so, we also need your car/cars registration. For security reasons we then have to pass these on to Haven

Please note that this is a NO SMOKING caravan.  Any evidence of smoking within the caravan will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Keys: We will provide you with the Key safe code for access to the caravan a few days before your arrival.

Guests agree to take care of the caravan and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday. Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately.  If the caravan is left in a dirty condition this may result in you losing your deposit/security bond.

PLEASE NOTE ONLY THE GUESTS WHO ARE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM ARE PERMITTED TO STAY

Cancellation Policy:  If you have to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately in writing.  If you cancel your holiday before your balance is due this will result in the loss of your deposit/security bond.  If you cancel after your balance has been paid then you will only receive a refund of your deposit/security bond, unless this is due to unforeseen circumstances and the amount refunded will be at the owners' discretion. We recommend that all parties take out adequate holiday insurance.

The site reserves the right to exclude anyone breaking any site rules or causing damage, disturbance, or similar. There will be no right to a refund from either the site or the caravan owner in such circumstances and will also result in the loss of your deposit/security bond.

We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property, or damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party.

We the owners reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and refund all monies paid.  In no event shall any monies refunded exceed the rental for the caravan.
