Our superb modern Delta Saffron double glazed, central heating 2 bedroom caravan is situated a short 5 minute walk away from Mablethorpe's glorious Blue Flag sandy beach over the dunes, available for you to have your own great holiday.

The caravan is large at 36’ x 12’ in size and is modern, clean, comfortable and homely with all the facilities and utilities you would expect and more.

The caravan is in an ideal grassed location with a beautiful wrap round decking coming from the patio doors on the back of the park, with parking very close.

The caravan features in detail are as follows:

Large bright lounge area with comfy corner seating.

Large TV (Sky Q box provided just need your card) or standard channels without.

Dining area with separate table and seating for six.

Large fully fitted modern kitchen including gas hob, grill and oven, sink with mixer taps and drainer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, cutlery, plates, cups etc.

Sleeping area separated to the rear of the caravan, which includes 2 attractive bedrooms, all with fitted cupboards, one with double bed and the other two with twin beds.

Bathroom with enclosed shower, toilet, sink with mirror.

All duvets, pillows provided and made up for you, ready for when you arrive. Just bring your own towels and linen.

The caravan is provided with FREE unlimited Wi-Fi 

Our caravan  is positioned just a five minute walk from the caravan door to the glorious sandy beach over the sand dunes.

Dogs welcome - however we will need to discuss numbers and breeds before you book.

You really don't need a car to stay here, the beach is on your doorstep and you can take the bus or the famous sand train to the Mablethorpe centre, which is about a mile away down the sea front. There is good shopping including Lidl, Tesco superstore and B&M.

A £50 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Lincoln's history dates back to Roman times, within Lincoln's Roman walls.  Visit Europe's finest Gothic Cathedral, and see how it was used as a double for Westminster Abbey in the Da Vinci Code and head to Stamford to Burghley House, where the re-make of Pride and Prejudice was filmed. At the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, visitors can celebrate the culture of Lincolnshire and its people from 1750 to the present day and close by you'll find Ellis Windmill, a working 18th century windmill. Take a ride on a steam train and enjoy the nostalgia of times gone by. There are so many stories to discover at our many heritage sites in Lincolnshire.
