this 2 bedroom spacious caravan is situated on barmouth bay holiday park which is within a minutes walk to the talybont beach. the caravan is extremely comfortable and cosy, offerinng a living area with a large sofa bed which sleeps 2, tv which has freeview and own privite wifi available.kitchen comes complete with a kettle toaster microwave, a small fridge and small freezer, gas cooker, air fryer and all general kitchen utensils. 

2 toilets main bedroom has a small en suite toilet the other bathroom includes a bath and shower, towels will not be provided during your stay.

bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. a small en suite toilet, dressing table hair dryer and straighteners are provided.

bedroom 2 has 2 single twin beds and a single wardrobe a tv with freeveiw and a dvd player 

pillows and mattresses have protective covers on, all bed linen will be provided, toiletries will not be provided. 

pets allowed 1 dog if well behaved and does not carry mud through carpets. pets are not allowed on furniture and beds/bedrooms also ensure all dog mess picked up and binned.

our caravan has a spacious fenced garden with a patio table and chairs bbq will not be provided. outside has parking for 2 cars.

theres an indoor heated swimming pool which has a sign in at reception to enter, the site offers a laundrette,childrens play area which includes a fenced enclosure for football and basketball, aswell as a seperate play area next to it with slides swings and a climbing frame. next door to barmouth bay is the sands complex they have a fish and chip shop, a club/bar which serves food and amusements.

around the corner there is another complex with a restaurant/bar amusements coffee shop and another fish and chip shop. train station 500 yards up the road from the caravan for days out like pwllheli, porthmadog and barmouth. 

Bed and linen provided - NO towels

1 small dog allowed, no dogs on furniture or in bedrooms please 

check in available from 2pm check out before 11am.

families and couples only 

a £100 deposit payable at th time of your booking and will act as a bond which will be refunded after your stay once the caravan has been checked for damages. your balance will be due six weeks before your stay. should your holiday begin within six weeks of your booking. full payment will be required. 

self check in and out a key lock will be provided and code will be given day of arrival.
