This 2017, privately owned, luxury 3 bedroom ‘home from home’ is situated on the fantastic, family oriented Harlyn Sands Holiday Park, close to the beach, with a sea view from the Lounge window! We have now made this van pet friendly for this season.

Whether searching for the perfect family holiday, or a relaxing getaway – this little gem offers all the home comforts you could possibly need. On arrival we provide a small welcome pack consisting of Cornish Tea, Cornish Coffee, Sugar, Milk Cornish Hot Chocolate, Packs of Border Biscuits and a Small bag of Dog Treats. The caravan is fully equipped to a very high standard, with Freeview TV, DVD player, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, full set of crockery – and kitchen equipment, as well as the usual oven, hob and grill, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer. We’ve even remembered the hairdryer – but don’t forget your toothbrush!

It has full central heating in all rooms, double glazing throughout and a gas fire in the lounge. So no matter the weather, it’s always warm, cosy and comfy! When you are not out and about enjoying the wonderful scenery, there is a small selection of books, DVD’s and board games on hand to pass the time. 

Speaking of comfort – we provide hypo-allergenic pillows and quilts, and all our mattresses have cotton feel waterproof protectors on, all of which are regularly cleaned / changed. We don’t provide sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers or towels. You can either bring your own or hire freshly laundered bed linen packs from the site (highly recommended) Please remember your towels! There is also a lovely, full sized shower room & WC.

A mini welcome set is available to you on arrival, containing a bin liner, sponge scourer and dishcloth. Tea, coffee, sugar and a selection of other warm beverages are also available - we often leave some staple supplies in the cupboards and just ask that you replace what you use, like for like.

Please let us know how many folks will be occupying the caravan during your stay, at the time of booking. Likewise, if you have a special occasion, or if we can help with any aspect of your stay, please feel free to drop us a line. We would love to try and help.

An information pack will be sent prior to the commencement of your booking, too.

Outside, there is a space for your car. Sadly, on this site, we are not able to offer decking, but there are some nice comfy chairs / picnic blanket for the children, along with some toys, mini sun canopy and windbreaks available.

This home is strictly non-smoking, but dog friendly! There is an additional charge of £30 if you wish your dogs to stay, which helps cover costs for any extra claning/wear and tear over the season.

We keep the availability calendar, above up to date, so you can check the price and whether the dates you require are available. 

The Property is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and we expect it to be left in the same condition before your departure. The caravan will be available to check in at 3pm on the day of arrival, and the check-out time is 10am.

Sorry we do not offer part weeks - our prices are for blocks of 7 night stays only. Of course, if you wish to stay for fewer nights - that is also fine, but the charge and booking will be for 7 nights.

Park passes are obtainable directly from the Park. You will need to liaise directly with the site about costs / terms and conditions - we do not get involved with this at all :-)

N.B: Harlyn Sands has direct access to the coastal path and Harlyn Beach. The path down to the coast is very close to the the caravan pitch. Scenic photographs include views of the Harlyn Sands Beach and  Trevose Head Lighthouse (both nearby and on the coastal path).

A deposit of £100 to hold your required dates (non-refundable if you cancel) is required immediately upon booking, THEN the full amount for your stay is due 8 weeks BEFORE the start of your booking. NO EXCEPTIONS. Payment Plans available. 

The deposit then becomes your bond, and is returnable within a couple of weeks after your holiday (assuming there are no breakages, no lost keys or damage to the caravan). Any damages to the caravan will be the renter’s responsibility – you are required to sign an inventory on arrival. 

You will be expected to fill in the booking form sent to you IN FULL within 3 days. Without this form we will NOT be able to honour your booking and will need to return any moneys paid (minus your deposit). This means the booking form needs to be fully completed - names, date of birth etc of ALL residents. 

Sadly, owing to the conduct / non payment of other patrons previously, we are unable to offer alternative terms, so please don't ask - as you will be disappointed.

At the time of booking, you are also expected to provide your bank details to us on hello@reachforholidays.co.uk, so that when the time comes, the deposit can be repaid - otherwise we can't repay it!

Harlyn Sands Holiday Park is situated on the North Cornish Coastline in between Newquay and Padstow on Trevose Head. Just a few minutes walk away from Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay and Mother Ivy�s Bay, which are safe and clean and offer a mixture of surfing, snorkeling or bathing.

Harlyn Bay and Constantine Bay are life guarded by the RNLI from May to September. Dogs are welcome on all beaches in the area.

Harlyn Sands is surrounded by miles of spectacular coastline walks, and is only a short drive to Wadebridge, St Austell and Truro. The magnificent Eden project is only 45 minutes away, the bustling surfing resort of Newquay only 25 minutes away and the beautiful fishing village of Padstow only 5 minutes away.

This is a family owned park, run 1st and foremost for families catering for the younger children. With a teenage curfew and restrictions on the number of teenagers per booking it offers a safe haven for you and your family.

After a long day out on the beach sit back and relax in the clubhouse, where you can enjoy 1st class family entertainment from the entertainments team plus star cabaret including Clowns and Ultra Violet Puppet shows, top family comics, specialty acts, bands, singers, tribute shows and illusionists. The Snack Shack Restaurant caters for all your starving tummies in order to give the boss of the house a rest! Eat in or take away we have a full menu to choose from. There are theme nights from carvery's to steak specials. The bar will quench those thirsts dads! (Mums don't panic there's plenty for you!) Filled with the top brands and served with a smile and a chat. Kids can also get served in the kid's room, which has the best in games machines, pool tables and juke box.
