Welcome to our lovely hoilday home situated on a no through road and close to the entertainment centre, pool and large shop. The beach is just a short 3 minute walk.
The garden is fully enclosed with a large patio, outdoor seating and a BBQ for your use. There is also a washing line.
The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave and has everything you need for your stay.
The large lounge has L shaped seating with a pull out double bed if needed. There is a 43" TV with soundbar and a selection of books and games for you to use.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite and plenty of wardrobe space and storage.
The second bedroom has twin beds with overhead storage and a small wardrobe. Linen is provided and all beds will be made up for your arrival.
The main bathroom has a large shower and wall unit for storage. Towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
Gas, electric and entertainment/pool passes are included in your stay.

A deposit of £100 is required when booking and is non refundable. There is also a good housekeeping deposit of £100 payable, to be refunded at the end of your stay following the inspection of the caravan after your departure.
1 small breed dog allowed.
Groups of 3 or more persons of the same sex, or mixed sex who are not related are not permitted. (Not applicable for same sex couples).
No smoking in the caravan.
Check in is at 3:30 - Check out is 10:30.

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is located in the South West of England in the beautiful county of Dorset. Spend a wonderful seaside vacation on the coast, making the most of the private beach. There is also a Golf Course (not part of the park itself, but adjoining the site).
You can hire caravan holiday homes or pitch your tent, tourer or motorhome in our camping fields.
