THE LIVING AREA .
The main living area has a comfortable colour coordinated corner settee seating.
Electric coal effect fire with shelving unit , coffee table, flat screen TV with free view
THE DINING AREA
The  dining area has a oblong non fixed table with four dining chairs supplied with place mats etc .
THE KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen is part located opposite to the dining area . It has a fridge and freezer, large 4 burner gas hob with grill and large oven, extractor fan ,microwave ,toaster and dishwasher . Fully equipped cupboards for all your needs .
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is situated at the back of the caravan with floor to ceiling bay window , double bed with two bedside cupboards and overhead storage cupboards and drawers.Walk in wardrobe plus TV
Leading off is it's very own en suite toilet with sink , heated towel rail and mirror .
TWIN BEDROOM
The twin bedroom consists of the usual two twin beds with centre bedside cabinet and overhead cupboards both sides , wardrobe .

THE BATHROOM
The bathroom consists of double glass fronted sliding doored shower , basin with cupboards and low level toilet , various shelves , heated towel rail and large and large lighted mirror.

RESTRICTIONS
No Smoking within the caravan
No all Male or all Female Parties
No BBQ on Decking

WiFi is available at Parkdene Club House.

Parking to the Right Designated 17 Spot for one car, along side Cravan 2 more Car Spaces.

Please follow One Way System whilst on Park.

Holiday Insurance and Cancellation Insurance is the responsibility of the in comming guests to

Westside 17 to cover any breakages or damages during your hoilday.
