My vintage static caravan is sited on our small farm property on the edge of the village of Kirkby Malzeard and an AONB.

We have had the caravan for nearly twenty years and have used it as a private use and to let out for hoidays or longer term.

It is not fully winterised but is double glazed  but is very well insulated, so suitable for all year round occupation.

Would suit someone looking for a weekend bolthole. A negociable longer term let is also a possibility.

We are just finishing the final touches of a complete makeover for the caravan. Photos of final refurb very shortly. Attached photos are pre refurb.

The caravan is very popular and much loved. It  equipped with everything a holiday home could need. The  main bedroom features a 4' 6" double bed. It opens into what was the 2nd bedroom and we will can  supply an optonal futon or blow up bed if required. and there is a pull out bed settee in the lounge.  We have washing and drying facilities on site at a small extra charge.

It is situated in its own large garden with seating facilities,  and overlooks the river Laver. The area is just stunning and very peaceful.  We have lots of stock on our property 

hens, sheep, ponies, to name but a few, and permissinve access walks right on the doorstep.

We are situated down a farm lane so quite secluded but only a mile from the large and well appointed village of Kirkby Malzeard, which has pub, butcher, general store fish &chip shop and its own GP surgery.

River View static caravan is a truly unique private let and available to visitors who will appreciate a rural setting amid. gorgeous peaceful  countryside.

This bigger, residential lodge is also available for Spring and Summer let.

We welcome visitors who enjoy peace and quiet, a rural setting, and who will respect and care for the property. One ONLY small well behaved dog is permitted at a small extra charge.

The lodge will accomodate 2 adults and one child max.

Charges as follows:

£65 per night . Min 3 nights.

!0% disc for a week (7days)

40% disc for a month (28days)

Gas and electric included but electric on longer stays (week plus) capped at £25 pw, after which the guest can purchase extra electric cards at cost.

£50 fully returnable damage deposit on stays of a week or longer. 

Bed linen and towels  can be provided at an extra  cost of £10 . per bed per stay.

Duvets and pillows are included in the caravan, plus a couple of towels and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with lots of storecupboard basics incl tea & coffee.
