Situated very close to the park entrance, club, pool and entertainment complex - but is still within a very peaceful part of the site.

Walking distance to Tenby town centre as well as the beach.
Entertainment (Funworks) passes will be available from the site reception (additional fee - pay at reception). ***

We now offer the option to have your beds made up fully prior to your arrival. 

* During off-peak times the charge for this option is £25.00 and will be added to your final balance. 

* During peak times this service is complimentary.

If you do not require this service then please ensure you bring with you all the necessary bed-linen and covers.

This is a very well-looked-after, much-loved, smoke-free caravan. Pride has been taken to ensure the caravan is as comfortable as possible. It has:-

The deposit paid (£50 - £100) is non-refundable, and will go towards any loss or expenses as a result of a cancellation.

The cost for each play (entertainment) pass is as follows:

Off Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £52.00 3/4 nights are £30.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £26.00 3 or 4 nights are £16.00

Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £82.00 3/4 nights are £50.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £44.00 3 or 4 nights are £24.00

Please note that prices are capped for each accommodation, the capped prices (up to 8 people) are as follows:

Off Peak Dates:
Capped at £249.00 for 7 nights and £155.00 for 3/4 nights.

Peak Dates:
Capped at £381.00 for 7 nights and £228.00 for 3/4 nights.

These prices are correct at the time of print, however, are subject to change at Haven's discretion. As such you may wish to contact Kiln Park reception to confirm these prices prior to your arrival.

If you decide to cancel your holiday you MUST contact us via sunnyglade8@gmail.com in the first instance. You MUST return all documents and give written notice to terminate the holiday contract.
>Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to holiday will result in the loss of initial deposit. 
>Cancellations made between 60 days and 14 days will result in loss of 50% of the cost of the holiday. 
>Cancellations made less than 14 days before the stay will result in 100% of the cost of the holiday being forfeited.

In the event we are forced to cancel your stay at Sunnyglade8 for any reason (such as any booking error by us, or issues with the accommodation requiring immediate attention) then we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to either:-

>Reschedule your stay at Sunnyglade8.

or

>Refund your payment in full.

However any cancellations we are forced to make as a result of your error such as (but not limited to):-

>Non-payment or incomplete payment within the required timescales.

or

>Non adherence to the Terms & Conditions of your booking, etc

will be subject to cancellation fees and charges as set out above; this covers any reasonable loss or additional expenses incurred to us as a result of the cancellation.

By booking your stay at Sunnyglade 8 you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Bond payment

In all instances a bond of £100.00 must be paid prior to your stay, and is added to your total balance - this needs to be covered in your final payment. If you have left our holiday home in the same condition as you arrived, then the bond will normally be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure. However, we reserve the right to deduct from your bond the costs to make good instances where there is damage or loss.

Payments via bank transfer or Paypal only.

Prices vary depending on your chosen dates and length of your stay, and start from £180.00 Stays range from 3,4,7 and 14 nights. A very low £50.00 deposit is required (off peak)  and £100 deposit during peak times ,  full payment needs to be made 2 months before your stay.

Cancellations:
