Kiln Park, Tenby, Pembrokeshire, South Wales (Ref.110613)

Our luxury caravan is only available for hire for a limited number of weeks as it is regularly used by owner and family. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac at Kiln Park, Tenby in the pretty county of Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is within walking distance to Tenby town, beaches and coastal walks and very close to all facilities at the park. The caravan will comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. Family bookings only accepted. The caravan has full double glazing and gas central heating and provides comfortable accommodation for a relaxing holiday.

The comfortable lounge area has an electric fire, two settees, a TV, DVD player and blue tooth speakers. Free WiFi is provided. 

A large kitchen/dining area has a table with four chairs and includes a fridge freezer, microwave oven, air fryer, gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and other basic equipment. There there is also a large larder cupboard, dish washer and washing machine.

The master bedroom includes king size bed, dressing table and TV. A walk in wardrobe area is at the rear, of the bedroom leading to an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The twin bedroom has two full size single beds with deep comfortable mattresses, a small wardrobe with storage areas and drawers and a TV. It is close to the separate shower room and toilet.
 

Bedding will be provided but you will need to bring your own towels. A full inventory will be provided with rental contract.

The outside area of the caravan benefits from sunshine morning through to evening (weather permitting) and includes wrap around decking with two comfortable armchairs and footstools. To the side of the caravan there is parking for one vehicle, a grassed garden area and patio area with table and bench seating for al fresco dining.

Sorry but strictly no dogs or other pets allowed and smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the caravan.

Portable barbeques and candles are forbidden.

Bicycles, scooters, segways or hoverboards are not permitted on decking area.

Charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited.

Play passes are not provided and will need to be purchased directly from Haven.

A deposit of £200 is required to secure booking.

Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable security bond payment of £100 is required.
