Welcome to the beach hut, a bright and vibrant caravan with a lovely seaside vibe situated on Lyons Abbeyfords in the heart of Towyn, next to the beach and Knightly's fun fair. It is close to all local amenities, including restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, markets, a bakery, and two funfairs and all within walking distance.

It is fully double-glazed and centrally heated. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of storage. There is also a twin bedroom with storage, ideal for sleeping 4; there is also an additional pull-down sofa bed in the living area.

There is a pub/ club, a small children's playground and a laundrette on site. Beds are made upon your arrival. We supply all bedding.

Once the booking has been accepted, I will forward you a caravan booking form, which must be returned to us completed. The deposit is £50 and the final the balance to be paid four weeks before your holiday. I will advise you of our bank details when your booking is made to enable you to transfer the funds. Bookings can also be made online through the website. The £50 deposit to secure your holiday is non-refundable. A £50.00 refundable damage deposit needs to be paid with the final balance - this will be refunded after your stay if there are no damages to the caravan. All I ask is that you leave the caravan as you found it Clean and Tidy any additional cleaning cost will be deducted form the bond.

A £50 deposit secures your booking, which will then become your security bond. The balance must be paid within four weeks of your stay. If your stay is less than four weeks away, then payment must be made in full.

The security bond will be returned to you within three days or once the caravan has been checked over for any loss or damages. We expect the caravan to be left as you found it, CLEAN AND TIDY, and any extra costs for cleaning services will be taken from the bond.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED!

DOGS ARE ALLOWED WITH THE OWNER'S PERMISSION. THERE WILL BE A £10 CHARGE TO COVER EXTRA CLEANING COSTS. PLEASE BRING BLANKETS OR THROWS WITH YOU. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON BEDS OR FURNITURE.

Highchair, cot, and wheelchair are available on request.

Situated in the heart of Towyn, Abbeyffordd is one of this seaside town’s longest-standing resorts. This park boasts views of the North Wales coast against a backdrop of green countryside.

Just a short walk to the beach, Abbeyffordd is in optimal proximity to nearby attractions in Prestatyn, Llandudno and Conwy. On-site bar, outdoor play area, laundrette, and security barrier entrance.
