- The caravan is privately owned and located on the Glan-mor end of the holiday park.

- It features a main double bedroom with wardrobes and dressing table, and two twin bedrooms with single wardrobes.

- The caravan has central heating throughout and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a second toilet with a sink.

- The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, fridge freezer, and microwave.

- The comfortable lounge includes a Freeview Smart TV and DVD player, and Wi-Fi is available.

- The dining area has a table and six chairs.

- There is a large double parking area and an enclosed decking area with patio furniture.

- Bed linen and towels are not provided, so guests will need to bring their own quilt covers, pillowcases, sheets, and towels. Pillows and duvets are provided.

- The caravan is located on the award-winning Barmouth Bay holiday park, which is situated between a mountain range and the sea within Snowdonia National Park.

- The caravan has direct access to the beach, which is only 30 feet away.

- The holiday park offers free activities such as an indoor swimming pool and football and basketball pitches, as well as a park with a climbing frame and slide.

- There is a strict non-smoking and non-pet policy, and no stag/hen/group parties are allowed. Animals are also not allowed due to the owner's allergies. - Guests are asked to line the grill/oven with foil if they use the cooker and to leave the caravan clean, tidy, and with the bins emptied to avoid affecting the deposit.

- Electric cars are not allowed to be plugged into the caravans due to power issues and this may cause electrical issues. Charging points are available near the launderette.

- A £100 deposit is required to secure a booking date and will be refunded after an inspection of the caravan.

- There are various attractions close to the holiday park, including local shops, takeaways, restaurants, amusement arcades, an entertainment club, pubs, a fun fair, and an ice cream parlour. Barmouth town is a ten-minute drive away.

- The Tal-y-Bont train station is a five-minute walk from the site.

£100 deposit at time of booking and balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay.Should your holiday begin within 6 weeks of your booking, full payment is required on booking.

Keys are collected and returned to a key safe on your arrival / departure day.

Check in time 2.30pm - check out is 10.30am please leave the caravan as you found it.
