Sited in this fabulous location just a mile outside historic Stratford on Avon, this lovely 2 bedroom holiday home, with double glazing and central heating, is the perfect place to use as a base for visiting this amazing part of Warwickshire and the Cotswolds

The cosy lounge has patio doors leading out to an enclosed balcony with comfortable patio furniture.  There is a comfy leather sofa and 2 armchairs, a 32 inch TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and an electric fire to provide additional or occasional heating

To the left of the entrance door there is a dining table, and the open plan kitchen diner has a full size cooker with a 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and an integral fridge freezer, as well as all the usual kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery

There is a  twin bedroom, a family shower room and a master double bedroom with an en suite toiletand washbasin, wardrobes and a dressing area with a hairdryer and USB port

The weekly rate is between £500 and £700 and the nightly rate is between £90 and £110 depending on season. 
Arrival and departure can be any day, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. 
Prices are for a maximum of 4 guests

As specified above, pets are welcome and are charged at £20 per stay .HOWEVER UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST YOUR PET BE LEFT ALONE IN THE CARAVAN AT ANY TIME OR ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE

DISABILITY ACCESS: There are 5 steps with a handrail up to the caravan balcony. Access into the caravan is via the door off the balcony. All living areas are on one level once inside with no steps or raised doorways. There is a shower cubicle with a 6 inch raised edge to step into the shower. There is a car parking area directly outside the caravan

Booking Conditions:

• 25% Deposit non refundable deposit, balance payable a month before your stay
• Dogs are allowed by prior agreement, but must be kept on a lease at all times whilst on the site.
• The caravan will be available for occupation from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and you are required to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made
• Clean bed linen and towels are provided.
• Electricity and water are mains and gas is provided by calor gas.
• Keys are in a lock box at the caravan. Details regarding codes and directions will be forwarded to you once the final balance payment has been made
• The speed limit of 8mph must be adhered to on the site
• There is parking for one vehicle alongside the caravan. Any additional vehicles must use the visitors car park provided
• Refuse must not be left outside the caravan but placed in the recycling bins provided
