Our 2012 ABI Derwent is a large 38ft x 12ft caravan with double glazing and fully insulated.  It's equipped with everything you will need for the perfect holiday.  It has a very spacious lounge with an electric fire, a 3 seater and a 2 seater  sofa the 3 seater having a pull out double bed, it has Freeview TV, DVD player.  The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, cooker with extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, and is fully equipped with all the utilities you need, a real home from home.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, there is a master bedroom with large wardrobe and dressing table leading to an en-suite.  The second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each and a wardrobe.  The bathroom comprises of a large double width shower, heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin.  Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels etc.

We are situated in a very quiet part of the caravan site with no through road and a lovely large field behind the caravan.  The caravan is within easy walking distance of all facilities.

A deposit of £50.00 for each booking (non - refundable & non - transferable) is payable within 7 days of booking.
Balance to be paid in full at least 42 days prior to arrival.
Your balance payment will include a £50.00 bond which will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of your booking provided there is no damage or breakages and none of our terms and conditions have been broken.
You must provide your own towels, tea towels, dish clothes and bed linen.

There is a maximum of 6 people (including infants) allowed in the caravan.
There is only one car allowed to be parked by the caravan in the designated tarmac car parking space, all other cars must be parked in one of the car parks.

There is STRICTLY NO SMOKING or E cigarettes allowed in the caravan OR decking area.
No pets allowed.
You must notify us of all damage or breakages when they occur.


REFUNDS
Refunds (not including the non-refundable deposit) of any monies paid prior to your stay, will be considered in the event of an emergency where you are unable to keep your holiday dates. If the cancellation is LESS than 42 days prior to your expected arrival, no refunds will be made.

Bookings - Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Short stay booking are either Fri to Mon or Mon to Fri. Other days may be negotiated in some circumstances.

N.B We DO NOT take bookings from under 25 year olds under any circumstances
Check in - 3pm onwards. (Earlier check in may be possible, please check when booking).

Check out - Strictly, 10am. (Thank you).

LOST KEYS
In the event of guests losing the keys to the caravan, a charge of £50.00 for replacement lock and keys will be made. This will be deducted from your £50.00 bond.

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES.
Passes are not included in the price, but can be purchased at  (tel: 01262850369 for prices) reception.

Thornwick Bay Holiday Village (formerly Thornwick & Sea Farm) lies in the middle of a very popular touring area within easy reach of the North East coast holiday resorts.

The beautiful clifftop park sits on part of Flamborough Cliffs nature reserve and is home to seabird colonies nesting on its chalk cliffs – ideal for uninterrupted sea views or spotting wildlife. There are 4 bays around the headland all with easy access to the beach and with half to two miles from the park.

Enjoy a wealth of heritage and activities. Bring a pair of comfy shoes and explore the moorland. Drive over to the historic town of Bridlington, or marvel at the architecture of Burton Agnes Hall.
