Our privately owned, 35 x 12, 8 berth, 3 bedroom caravan with hot air heating. Situated on Haven's fabulous Golden Sands Holiday Park in Mablethorpe.

We are in a quiet location and only a 5 to 10 minute stroll from the Blue Flag sandy beach, as well as the Haven entertainment centre there is heated indoor/outdoor pools, go-karts, bikes, scooters amusements, mini fairground, crazy golf, well stocked fishing lake, shops, restaurants, launderette which is located on the site.

The complex has a range of food and drinks also live entertainment, mini tenpin bowling, pool table, arcade machines to cater for all ages.

The town of Mablethorpe, with its many shops and restaurants, is close by with a pleasant walk along the beach or main road. The regular Sand Train or the local bus will also take you to the town centre.

Our spacious caravan has all the equipment you will need for a fabulous self catering holiday.

There are 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a 3rd bedroom also with 2 single beds, both can be made into doubles if required. Also, the lounge area can be made into

you will need to provide your own  pillows, sheets and covers (or sleeping bags), towels, tea towels etc.

The bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and shower, also a second WC with hand basin.

The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, large cooker and oven, and a fridge.

Multi million pound development, Activity Adventure Village.
The new facility will offer a climbing wall, new play areas, including a fun sand pit and a huge multi-sports area where young and old can participate in a range of activities, both with free sports play or organised activities through the on park team.
‘Aerial Adventure’ will give guests the chance to take a bird’s eye view of the park as they balance their way across a high ropes course, while the ‘Mini Aerial Adventure’ course is ideal for younger visitors.
Adrenaline junkies take note, as Golden Sands will boast an outdoor tower that will be home to exhilarating activity, ‘The Jump’ which will see guests leaping off 3 metre and 6 metre platforms and landing on a soft giant air-bag, following the success of its launch at Craig Tara earlier this year.

The children will never be bored at Golden Sands; there are clubs for tots to teens, shows, fancy dress competitions and much more. The Funstar team does a great job of keeping all the children amused each and every day. The whole family has it all at Golden Sands.

Local Area

In town there’s the Dunes Family Entertainment Centre - a real seaside fairground with all of the family favourites; rides, games, stalls and arcades, also a loewen cinema showing all latest releases. Low cost entertainment for all ages.

There's also Queens Park, a boating lake, a play ground area and paddling pool as well as fabulous fish and chips. Restaurants in the town include Chinese, Indian and Pizza takeaways as well as traditional menus so no need to cook!!!

The Seal sanctuary is well worth a visit and the annual favourite. Then there's the Ferryboat pub who do excellent pub meals for all ages – a welcome stop at any time of the day.

Funwork passes are NOT included in the price, these can be purchased from reception upon arrival

£100 deposit is required.   For any holidays /breaks where cost is under £100 then payment is to be made in full

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
