Poppy 14 is a spacious 3 bedroom static caravan comprising of one double and two twin rooms, one family bathroom and an en-suite WC to the master bedroom.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with ample seating for all of the family.  

Poppy 14 benefits from a large front and side decking area with outside seating. Perfect for those who enjoy eating a spot of lunch or a cold drink on the deck, especially in the warmer months.

Guests are encouraged to use the facilities which include everything you’d expect from a home from home accommodation. Facilities include wi-fi, large flat screen tv, xbox, DVD’s, games,  BBQ and much more.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the park but within a short walking distance to the main amenities.

There is gas central heating throughout the caravan in addition to a small gas fire in the living room.

The living area includes a large sofa which seats up to eight people. There is a pull out sofa bed for larger groups. The dining table comfortably fits 5 / 6 people on the bench and stools provided.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, gas hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, glasses, plates, etc.

The family bathroom includes a spacious shower and WC. There is a separate cloakroom as an en-suite to the master bedroom.

The 3 bedrooms consist of a large double with tv, wardrobes, dressing table, additional storage and en-suite WC.

The two twin rooms have a large wardrobe and/or storage cupboards with sufficient storage space even for large families.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

The outside decking includes seating for four people plus a small coffee table. Additional outside seating and a BBQ can also be provided upon request free of charge.

There is sufficient space for two cars to park in the spaces adjacent to the caravan.

Bookings are usually for 7 nights, Monday 3pm check in to Monday 10am check out, unless otherwise agreed. Shorter stays will be considered on request.

A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaning balance is due 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

A £75 security deposit is required payable with the final balance which will be returned in full on condition there has been no loss or damage to the property or its contents.
