This is our Haven rated Deluxe class static holiday home. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double,2x2 single) + 1 single put up bed in lounge (stored away and hirer to please informed prior to arrival so we can leave in static) bathroom with walk in shower, Hand wash basin & toilet plus extra toilet with Hand wash basin, Double glazing in all rooms. We have an Air fryer, kettle, toaster, iron and Hairdrier,Blow air & electric heaters, Cordless vacuum cleaner.We have an electric fire with pebble effect. in the lounge, a new fridge freezer, large patio area, Amazon firestick in TV, you need to use your own data.Large selection of DVDs and games.Buckets & Spades to use.

Set in a quite area of Presthaven Sands Holiday Park, not overlooked and with lawns to 3 sides, Patio with chairs and table. lounge has 50 inch smart flat screen TV and DVD player TV has free-view, Wifi dongle with 10g data for all full week hire.(or insert your own sim)
A Put up single bed in lounge available.Static is adjacent to parking area sign posted Bryn View 77 to 102 and not overlooked.

20% deposit by bank transfer and on reciept.Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival unless within the 4 weeks at the time of booking.

On Presthaven Sands, in a quite area of the site (Bryn View ) not overlooked, patio furniture. To keep prices to a minimum please bring your own sheets, quilts,pillow covers & towels. Quilts are provided.
QUILTS/DUVETS & PILLOWS PROVIDED.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOTTOM SHEETS,QUILT COVERS AND PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS.
1 DOUBLE {or 2 if 2 singles are made into another double} and 5 SINGLE (if put up bed requested)
Small well behaved pets considered with the understanding they are not left unattended. Pets are permitted into bar/restaurants and outdoor seatings.
