Lovely 2 bedroom caravan located at Quay West with stunning views over Cardigan Bay and New Quay.

Views from the decking are amazing where you can sit, relax and dolphin watch. Located in a quiet area of the park being just a short walk to all amenities and dog friendly beach.

6 berth caravan comprising of 2 bedrooms (1 master and 1 twin room) with 2 bathrooms (full bathroom and en-suite) sleeps 6 with sofa bed in lounge.

Double glazed with gas central heating. Fully equipped kitchen area. Free unlimited WiFi with fire stick. 

Patio doors lead onto a fully enclosed wrap around decking area which is gated. Patio furniture provided. Private parking next to caravan for up to two vehicles.

Entertainment passes are extra and NOT included in the price but can be purchased directly from Haven (Full details will be given upon booking)

A variety of entertainment is available to keep the whole family entertained - Archery, tennis, zip wire, bungee jumping, crazy golf and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

Nightly live entertainment with a late disco during peak season. Restaurant and bar area with amusements. Fish shop and Papa John's on site for a takeaway. Launderette and mini market also on park.

There is also the welsh coastal footpath to walk with fantastic views.

The seaside town of New Quay is on your doorstep with pubs, restaurants and shops which can be assessed over Traeth Gwyn beach during low tide.

Regular boat trips are available from the harbour to spot the wild bottlenose dolphins. Water activities include kayak/paddleboarding hire and sea fishing.

Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are over 21 years of age.

Upon receipt of your booking form the caravan will be provisionally booked but not confirmed until the deposit of £50.00 has been received. Deposits must be paid within 4 days of making the provisional booking or the dates will be re-advertised. The deposit payment comes off the total cost of the caravan.

Deposit payments are non-refundable but will be held and can be used against a future booking within 6 months in the event of a cancellation.

There is a security deposit payment required with the payment of your full balance totalling £75.00 which will be returned fully upon inspection of the caravan if no damage or extra cleaning is required after your stay.

Full balance payments are to be made 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. If a booking is made within 4 weeks of the holiday then full payment is due immediately by bank transfer.

Bed linen: You will need to bring your own bedding and towels but duvets and pillows with fresh protectors will be provided for the duration of your stay. There will be tea towels and oven gloves provided in the caravan, along with an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. We also provide a food and water bowl for your dog.

Damage/extra cleaning: All bookings are accepted on the condition that the caravan is left in the same state of repair, order and cleanliness both inside and outside as at the start of your holiday. It is agreed that the Lead guest will be liable for breakages and/or damages and extra cleaning over and above standard cleaning if so required. All breakages should be reported and payment to cover such made by arrangement.

Sleeping capacity: The maximum number of people allowed to sleep in the caravan is 6 and extra people cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.

Gas bottles: These can only be changed by the caravan owner. Please ring immediately if you think you have run out of gas.

Please adhere to the speed limit on the park at all times.

Occupation times: The caravan can be accessed from 4pm on the start date of your holiday and departure needs to be by 10am on the last day of your stay - this is to ensure that the caravan can be properly prepared for the next guests.

No same sex groups under 25 years old. No stag or hen parties permitted under Haven rules and regulations.

The Lead guest is responsible for the caravan and the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form to include any visitors.

At all times the noise must be kept at an acceptable level.

The Hirer agrees that the details of persons listed on the booking form can be registered with the caravan owner and Haven.

We are not responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under the age of 18) and highly recommend that Holiday insurance is purchased foe the extent of your stay.

Smoking is not permitted in the caravan.

We can only except well behaved dogs in the caravan.

In case of any maintenance problems - please contact us immediately as no DIY repairs should be attempted.

All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone the required safety checks.

Use of your own electrical items are at your own risk and vehicles are not allowed to be charged at the caravan - there are electrical car charging ports outside the main reception area.

There are covers on the sofa's so your dog can cuddle up next to you after a day at the beach. Dogs should not be left unattended in the caravan or on the decking.

If you or any member of your party has a pet allergy, please be aware that dogs have previously stayed in this caravan and we cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent health reaction.

Statutory regulations: We as caravan owners are responsible for complying with all applicable Statutory Regulations and Discrimination Acts affecting guests, the caravan and it's equipment.

Special Needs: If you have any special requests or needs, please advise at the time of booking and we will do our utmost to meet those requests.

Barbeque: The use of a barbeque is not permitted on the decking area due to safety issues. There is space for a barbeque at the side of the caravan on the patio area with seating provided.

Safety: We make every attempt to ensure your safety during your stay, but please be aware that steps and decking can be slippery in wet or icy conditions, and that your use of the decking at this time is at your own risk.

Non-payment of balance: In the event of the payment balance not being made by the due date, and when the Lead guest has made no request for additional payment time, the holiday date will be re-advertised and no deposit refund will be given.

External Factors: We have no control over, and cannot be held liable for external factors that could possibly affect a holiday such as severe or unexpected weather, local traffic, local events, neighbour's, electricity, gas and water supply and the vagaries of the televisions, broadband and mobile phone reception or any financial losses incurred as a result of these external factors. 

Breach of Contract: If there is a material brach of any of these conditions by the Lead guest or any of their party, the owners reserve the right to re-enter the caravan and/or end the letting and require that the Lead guest and their party leave immediately without any refund.

Complaints: Every effort has been made to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday. If however, your party has any cause for complaint then you must contact me immediately so that the problem can be speedily resolved. I cannot subsequently consider any complaint or enter into any correspondence about a complaint unless this procedure has been followed.

The Lead guest and all people listed on the booking form must obey the site rules and regulations at all times.

PLEASE NOTE - From 1st January 2024 Haven no longer accept XL Bully breeds at Quay West even with a certificate of exemption - in line with the dangerous dogs Act 1991 which include Pit Bull Terriers, Logo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa.
