Our ABI Oakley has double glazing and central heating, caravan has 2 toilets,one is on suite There are 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with on suite toilet, 2 twin rooms, and a double pull out bed in the spacious lounge.
There is a large gated wrap around veranda down the side and back of the caravan with furniture.
Lounge has ample seating, centrl heating,and gas fire, 32" TV
A fully equipped kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery, pots, pan's, fridge /freezer, hoover, iron and board.
we provide pillows and duvets, you will need to bring your own linen and towels.
Caravan is cleaned to a high standard.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday with the balance due 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
We also require a £50 damage bond which is returned providing no damage or loss and the caravan is left clean.

Our location is ideal for those who wish to be close to all the local Skegness, Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe attractions including Butlins, Fantasy Island and massive 7 day Market.
