The caravan is based at the quiet end of the site, a five minute walk to reception and entertainment complex. The van sleeps 6 comfortably with the double room being en suite, twin bedroom and a pull bed in the lounge area.The van is being refurbished for the new season including new mirrors, new 32 inch tv with dvd player, new curtains and other enhancements for your comfort. For the weary traveller, we are still supplying the popular welcome/starter pack. This will include complimentary tea, coffee and fresh milk and bread purchased on the day of your arrival. There are also soft drinks and bottled water provided for your refreshment. Other complimentary items also are available within our starter pack to get your holiday off to a great start. Many board games are provided to help keep you entertained if the weather turns inclement or you just fancy a day/night in the van. A radio/CD player is also provided for your enjoyment, together with several CD's. Or, if you just fancy some quiet time, put your feet up and read one of our books at your disposal.

An £80 deposit is required to secure the van on a provisional basis. When the full amount is paid 28 days before your arrival, this confirms the booking. While it is provisionally booked it will not be let out to anyone else.
A deposit of £60 for any breakages is payable prior to booking. If the inventory list remains intact then a full refund will be given.
Full details will be sent out by either email or post as soon as I receive the deposit.
Red Lion Holiday Park is an ideal location to enjoy the many and varied attractions of both Arbroath and Angus.
Arbroath is a picturesque east coast fishing town (home to the famous "Arbroath Smokie"). There is a wide range of facilities, entertainment and nightlife including; A bowling alley, sports centre, variety shows ('Webster's Theatre'), a boating pond, ice skating, golf and fishing. On the waterfront, just across the road from the park, you'll discover the world-famous miniature railway, with a special 'road train' providing trips into the harbour area of town. Our leisure complex, was built to 5 star hotel standards. Enjoy live music in the Lion's Head Bar every night and at weekends during the peak season or take advantage of the excellent cuisine in the restaurant. There's even a takeaway section!
A mini racing track features Formula One cars, saloon cars and motorbikes. 'Sporting World', all-weather tennis courts, mini golf, putting, a tenpin bowling alley, trampolines and playground equipment are recent additions to the facilities here and children even have their own disco area!. Of course, there's also the traditional fun of the beach. In short - guaranteed fun for all the family!
All the comforts of home are available on site. A launderette, cable television, a new facilities block plus a well stocked and spacious shop are available to cater for your every need.
