This is a perfect caravan for families and couples but is a pet free caravan. Pets are allowed in our other caravan no. 27 but is restricted to one dog and must be kept off the seats and beds. We will consider weekend or mid-week breaks of three or four days. (Please contact for further information).

This caravan sleeps up to six, has two bedrooms (the second bedroom's beds can be joined or left as two singles) and is situated on The Gap, a caravan site on Beach Road, East Runton.  There is parking either side of the caravan, which leaves more room for use of the tables and chairs and bbq (provided) for al fresco dining and play space  for children. There is also a small balcony to the side for sitting and enjoying the sea view.

There is an Freeview LED TV  and a dvd player. Internet access is provided on site for a charge by Caravan Connect. 

For your use, chairs, tables, windbreak, bbq and beach toys are in a storage box outside,

A travel cot and stair gate on request at time of booking.

We also provide two fold up chairs that can be taken to the beach to enjoy the long summer days as well as a cool bag, ice packs and a picnic rug that can be used for days out.

The site enjoys direct access to the beach and the shops and pubs in East Runton are a short walk away. There is also Bernies,a club in the village, that provides live entertainment, karaoke as well as bingo a couple of times a week. There is ample seating and the settee converts to a double bed allowing up to six to sleep.

Toilet, shower and sink are in the washroom. Heating is by gas fire, an electric radiator and small panel heaters in the bedrooms and the bathroom. The kitchen includes a cooker, oven, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster and kettle. An iron and small table top ironing board are also included, the site laundry room is now open. 

We normally provide duvets and pillows (but not covers or sheets), but you are free to provide these yourselves, just ask when booking. 

£50 non-returnable deposit required with the balance due four weeks before  your stay. The deposit needs to be paid within 5 days of the initial booking - otherwise the booking is not secured. A £50 refundable (subject to terms and conditions) damage deposit is required with the balance.

Please come after 4pm on your day of arrival and leave before 10am on your day of departure.
