This beautiful caravan is in an elevated position in Swanage with stunning views across the bay and the surrounding countryside.

Fully equipped with all you will need for your stay. The open plan lounge has a large sofa, coffee table, a TV and a electric fire in addition to gas central heating throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a comfortable dining area.

The main bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe, side lamps and dressing table with hair dryer. There is a second twin room with storage. Fully equipped bathroom with walk in shower and toiletries storage. 

We provide duvets, pillows. We also provide a dishcloth, washing up liquid and toilet roll but please bring your own bedding; sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and bath/hand towels. ( cot sheet if using travel cot) and tea towels

There is parking space for one car next to the caravan and there is additional parking near the park entrance.

Baby pack ( travel cot, gro blind, bed guard, cold water steriliser, high chair) Dog pack ( water bowl, food bowl, poo bags, dog treats) These items must be pre booked.

Swanage Bay View offers family friendly facilities to suit everyone including an indoor, heated swimming pool (for a small charge), bar, gym and a fully equipped laundrette.

Swanage is a beautiful seaside destination offering fantastic beaches, stunning views of the Jurassic Coastline and Purbeck countryside, many varied water sports facilities and walking routes to suit all abilities. It has its own Harbour, a steam train, historic buildings and miles of golden sandy beaches. 

Check in after 3pm.
Check out by 10am.

1. Payment: There is a £100 non-refundable deposit per week. The remaining balance, is to be paid no later than 14 days before your holiday is due to start.

2. Non-payment: If no contact or payment is received by the due dates, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds and the dates will be re-advertised

3. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people and at no time must this be exceeded. Only occupants registered are allowed to occupy the caravan, if anyone is found you will be asked to leave forfeiting the rest of your holiday with no refund of monies.

4. The caravan is only available for hire by families and responsible couples. We cannot accommodate all male or all female parties.

5. 1 x Well behaved small dog allowed at the owners discretion, should a complaint be received about your dog’s unacceptable behaviour you will be asked to leave the site with no refund.

6. Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan.

7. The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

8. Park speed limits must not be exceeded.

9. Swanage Bay View is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons will be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of the holiday.

10. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times.

11. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park.

12. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.

13. Do not disarm smoke alarms.

14. All electrical and domestic goods must be switched off upon leaving the caravan. (excluding fridge/freezer)

15. Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and other linen items are NOT provided.

16. Park rules apply at all times.

17. Swanage Bay View and ourselves will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under age 18 years of age).

18. The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.

19. All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.

20. The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

21. The Caravan must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure and please time your arrival to be not before 3:00pm
