Our luxury privately owned caravan is situated on the 5* Southview Leisure Park at Skegness.  Located in a lovely location, everything you need for a great holiday.

The caravan is double glazed with gas central heating throughout, including a fire in the lounge. Gas and electric is included.

It also has a decking area to the side and front of the caravan with a table and chair set.

It sleeps upto 4 people in two bedrooms.  The master bedroom has an upgraded Kingsize bed, fully fitted wardrobes and has an en-suite with toilet and sink.
The second bedroom is a twin room with fitted wardrobe.

All pillows and duvets are provided including all bed linen.  Please note: we DO NOT provide personal towels.

There is a bathroom with full size shower, sink, toilet and shelving for your toiletries, plus a heated towel rail.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker with extractor hood.  There is also a microwave, coffee maker,  toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, slow cooker/sizzler, smoothy maker and the usual cooking utensils and crockery you may need.

There is an iron, ironing board and clothes steamer.

In the lounge there is plenty of seating with a flat screen TV, DVD etc.  Also some DVD`s/books/games to keep you amused should you fancy a day in. The dining area has a table and seating for 6 with plenty of storage cupboards.

There is hard standing for two vehicles at the side of the caravan.

We provide a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarm

Our holiday caravan is situated in a lovely peaceful spot on Southview  and overlooks a small pond where you can expect to receive a visit from the resident ducks. It is fairly close to the parks facilities which boasts a fabulous swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Sauna and slide, High Ropes, Bungee Trampoline, Crazy Golf  Boathouse pub/restaurant with outside seating where you can watch the children play on the park, a gym, show bar where there is live entertainment for families and adults and bingo. There is also a well organised children's activities programme. Passes are required to use the facilities. Passes are NOT included in the caravan rental price. These can be purchased from reception.

The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 4 persons. 

Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (Site rules).  Families and couples only please
Lead name must be over 21 years old.
No pets and no smoking or vaping inside the caravan or on the decking.
A £100 per week deposit is required to secure your holiday.  This is deducted from the holiday value & is non refundable.  The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
A £100 security bond is required against damage and breakages.  The bond will be returned to you on provision the caravan is left in a good order, clean, tidy and with no breakages/damage.
Payment is accepted by direct payment into bank or cheque by arrangement.

Check in time 4pm and check out is 11am.

This wonderful Holiday Park set in acres of beautiful parkland in Lincolnshire, with fantastic leisure facilities has it's very own Hotel and 9 hole golf course.

In the day splash around in the indoor pool, before heading to Skegness which offers fantastic sandy beaches, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, shopping and theatres. Then head back to the Park to eat in the Sportsman's Bar and Restaurant, The Orangery or takeaway in the refurbished Lakeview Showbar, then enjoy the evening entertainment on the Park.
