Oak Cliff, Dawlish Warren, Devon (Ref.110852)

This 2 bedroomed caravan is situated at Warren Point, Oak Cliff Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren. There is hard standing parking for two vehicles and newly installed composit decking with table, chairs and rattan furniture. There is a children's play park on site and an outdoor swimming pool across the road at the other Oak Cliff site ('The Paddocks'.) Entertainment bands are included and these can be used at the busier sister site of Lady's Mile.

The open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge provides a spacious place to relax or socialise. There is a smart TV with WIFI included. There is a sofa bed which you are welcome to use during your stay but you would need to provide your own bedding.

The kitchen comes equiped with a gas cooker, intergrated fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining area consits of a table at 4 chairs situated to the side of the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedding for both bedrooms is included in the price. there is amble storage space in both bedrooms.

The bathroom comprises of a toilet, hand basin and shower. Please bring your own towels, tea towels and bath mat.

Smoking is not permitted in the caravan at any time. 

The caravan is available to rent all year round. 

When booking in advance a 25% deposit is required, with full paymnent due no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Any bookings made less than a month before arrival must be paid for in full.

In addition a £100 security bond is required for insurance to cover any damages or losses. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure fololowing a successful inspection of the caravan.
