Thankyou for considering our luxury holiday home, it is extra large, with gas central heating and double glazed, residential spec with 2 bedrooms and seperate lounge with pull out bed. Double room has a full bath en-suite with walk-in wardrobe dressing table and smart tv. Twin room has full size single beds, double wardrobe and smart tv. There is also a family bathroom with large shower cubicle.
there is a sunny patio area with outdoor furniture and private parking space
the large cosy lounge can be totally shut off from the kitchen for extra privacy if used as extra sleeping, there is a free standing 3 piece suite and a wall mounted smart tv and double patio doors.
the fully equipped kitchen also has a central island with wine rack, plenty of storage, nespresso machine and dishwasher plus tea, coffee and sugar.
cleaning products and hand wash will also be provided
beds will be made upon arrival so all you need to bring is towels. We just ask that the caravan be left as you find it and all bins emptied in the many recycling units across the park.
there are lots of exciting activities on the park some of which will need entertainment passes which can be purchased from reception on your arrival. There are books and dvds In the caravan for rainy days.

This is our holiday home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We kindly request that you leave it as you find it with bins emptied into one of the many recycling areas around the park. We understand accidents happen and ask that you inform of us of any breakages etc so that items can be replaced before new guests arrive

Set in glorious countryside close to the seaside town of Scarborough, Cayton Bay boasts the best North Yorkshire has to offer.
The perfect setting for a memorable family holiday, there's something for everyone at this lively park. The beach is nearby, the indoor waterworld offers hours of splashing fun with fountains, waterjets and a slide, while an all weather sports court means fun and games for all the family. Kids are well catered for with Sparky's Krew providing a range of activities for 5–11s. The Boathouse Bar, serving delicious meals, makes an ideal start to the evening before enjoying the dancing, competitions, shows and visiting cabaret at the Oasis Showbar.
Cayton Bay is a superb base for exploring the many sandy beaches and historic attractions of this beautiful area. Scarborough, Filey and the famous cliffs at Flamborough Head are all within an easy drive.
