We welcome you to our beautiful holiday home. It is perfect for larger families as lounge seating area is larger than average. There is a double room with wardrobe bedside cabinets and usb sockets for easy charging. There are also 2 x twin rooms with wardrobes mirrors and radiators and one with wall mounted tv/dvd. The main bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and shower. There is also a heated towel rail. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with toilet wash basin and heated towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and air fryer. Fully equipped with pots pans and everything in between. There is a dining seated area with freestanding table. Smart tv and dvd player. Bookcase with dvds, games, cards and fluffy blankets. WiFi box. Radiator. Also comes with new travel cot and foldable high chair. Broom, hoover, iron ironing board, clothes airers and pegs. Pets welcome. Beautiful gated decking with bistro set and wicker cube set. Umbrella. Extra recliner chairs can be found in the shed.

£50 deposit secured tour dates. Balance plus £50 refundable breakages deposit required 6 weeks before holiday start date. 2 dogs max. All guests names and ages will be required before holiday start. Keybox entry which will be sent via text message 2 hours before check in. Check in 4pm check out 10am.

Just a short drive away from Great Yarmouth, with its pier, amusements and all the fun of the fair. Discover the picturesque waterside villages of the Norfolk Broads, or soak up the sunshine on the nearby sandy beaches.
Enjoy a swim in the indoor pool, whilst the kids shoot down the flume in the outdoor pool. Sparky’s Krew activities promise hours of fun for the kids. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal in the Waterside Restaurant then go onto the Clifftop Showbar for fantastic family entertainment.
