My luxury home from home holiday home is situated on one of the best quieter spots of this family Resort with meadow views and only the sound of a small stream that runs behind.
Boasts an unusual centre lounge with open plan kitchen, the lounge has double doors that leads out to a large south facing decked area with table and chairs.

2 Bedrooms both with en-suites satellite/smart T.V in master bedroom.

Newquay Bay Resort has a large 20metre indoor pool with sauna and steam room also an outdoor heated pool.

Club house with bar and entertainment.

15min walk to the beautiful Porth Beach, 5min drive from Newquay

As this home is cleaned by myself enable me to thoroughly clean the caravan thoroughly please check out by 10 am and all arrivals to be after 3pm
