3 Bedroom Caravan, large decking area with Patio Furniture.

Caravan has gas central heating and a gas cooker, a microwave,kettle,toaster and air fryer. Full size fridge freezer, Smart TV, and Hairdryer. Free WiFi is included.

1 Double Bedroom , 2 Twin Rooms, and 1 Double pull out bed situated in lounge. A travel cot and a high chair are provided.

1 bathroom with shower and 1 seperate toilet.

Duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen and towels are not. Guests will need to bring their own.  Beds can be made up at an additional cost and if requested when booking.

The Site has a heated Swimming Pool - You will need to book your swimming sessions at the pool reception.

The Club has a full entertainments package for Kiddies and Adults

There is an onsite Chip Shop / Cafe / Ice Cream Hut & Shop (General Stores)

Pet Friendly for 2025 Season - Allowing small well behaved dogs only. (Trial Period)

There are lots of places to visit close by and I have started a collection of information leaflets that you will find in the caravan.

THIS IS A SELF CLEAN /CATERING HOLIDAY. WE WILL INSPECT THE CARAVAN AFTER YOUR USE.  PLEASE LEAVE THE CARAVAN IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION (INCLUDING POTS, PANS AND COOKER) READY FOR THE NEXT GUESTS. IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE VAN CLEAN OR CAUSE ANY DAMAGE YOUR DEPOSIT OF £50 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU

(Deposit for 2025 is £75.00) If booked in 2024 £50.00 Deposit - Deposit Secures your booking and is refundable shortly after your checkout - refunds may take up to 3-5 working days to clear your bank account . If the caravan is not left in a clean tidy condition (as you found it)  You will forfeit your deposit to pay for a deep clean.

Your holiday booking will need to be paid for in full 28 Days prior to your booking.

If you need to cancel and you give more than 4 weeks notice then a refund of the full amount paid less your £50.00 deposit will be refunded.  Should you give less than 4 weeks notice you will receive no refund of payments unless a dated medical certificate or viable reason is given and is agreed with ourselves.

Sunnysands Caravan Park is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, three miles north of Barmouth, Mid Wales. From the windows of the caravans you can look straight ahead to Cardigan Bay, westwards across Tremadoc Bay to Pwllheli and Bardsey Island, southwards to Barmouth and the Cader mountain range and Northwards away into Snowdonia. Behind the park lie the Ardudwy mountains.

The pinelog swimming pool has an adjoining toddlers splash pool and solarium. In the Amusement Arcade there is a selection of games machines and prize Bingo. The Lobster Pot Fish 'n' Chip Take-Away and Pool Side Coffee Shop provide meals from breakfast to late evening. The site shop is open every day for all your household needs, including fresh milk, bread and newspapers. The site also has a launderette, post box and telephones. Boats can be launched with direct access from Park to beach.
