Bedroom information- duvets and pillows provided- you will need to bring your own duvet covers pillow cases and sheets and all towels needed. 

DOGS WELCOME : a limit of x2 dogs . Unfortunately XL Bully breeds are not allowed on site and therefore we cannot accept them sorry for any inconvenience.

The holiday home is 2 minutes walk from the beach and is close to the children's park. 1 double bedroom with en suite toilet, 2 twin rooms and a double pull out bed in the lounge. Main bathroom has walk in shower. Fully central heated with additional electric fire in the lounge. Large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dual air fryer, Gas oven and hob. 55inch smart tv. Free wifi. French doors lead out onto the front decking with chairs and coffee table patio area has large table and x4 chairs. Parking for 2 cars at the side of the caravan.

Mountain views and less than a 5 minute walk to the dog friendly sandy beach and coastal walks. On site indoor swimming pool, laundrette, outdoor adventure play area. Next door is The Sands complex with arcade, mini supermarket, fish and chip shop, pizzeria and The Sands bar serving food and free entertainment. 5 miles from the beautiful town of Barmouth.

To secure your holiday booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit and full payment six weeks prior to your stay. If your holiday starts within six weeks of booking then we ask for payment in full.

We ask for a £100 respect payment that is refunded after your stay and inspection of the caravan.

Dogs are welcome in our holiday home, we ask that they DO NOT enter the bedrooms To comply with site rules we cannot except xl bullies.

All beds have mattress/pillow protectors on that we ask you to leave on please. Pillows and quilts are supplied. You will need to bring your own bed linen.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING anywhere in the caravan please.

PLEASE NO CHARGING electric vehicles from the caravan there are charging points outside the laundrette.

Can you please leave our holiday home clean and tidy.
