Our ABI Ashcroft is 12.5 ft x 38 ft, it has double glazing and is central heated throughout.
The lounge has a two seater sofa and two chairs, electric fire, flat screen smart TV with DVD player. There are double patio doors which open onto the front decking area.
The large kitchen has gas oven and hob, intergrated fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and pots, pans and cutlery. Also an iron and ironing board. Dining table with four chairs.
One double master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All with wardrobes, bedside tables and mirrors.
Bathroom has a large shower and wash basin and a separate toilet and sink.
There is a side and front decking are with a table and chairs.
Parking at the side for several cars.
Sited on a well established quiet site just a few minutes walk from a blue flag beach.

There is a £50.00 security bond that will be refunded as soon as the caravan has been inspected.

Lido Beach Caravan Park is a well established family-run caravan park located in Prestatyn with direct access to miles of sandy beaches - offering the best of both worlds, a quiet location with access to on and off site activities.
On the caravan park there is a safe large childrens play area, Tennis Courts and direct access from the caravan park onto miles of golden sands. There are facilities at the Nova centre which offers bars, restaurants, caberet room, swimming pool and children's play area.
Lido Beach Opens Directly onto a wonderful stretch of safe sandy beach and is perfectly located for discovering this magnificent area of Wales. Just a gentle stroll from the centre of Prestatyn and within easy reach of the rugged beauty of Snowdonia National Park. Lido Beach is right next door to the Nova Centre, a lively complex with excellent facilities for all the family. Lido beach also caters for the sporty families who prefer a lively evening, we offer membership to the Nova Leisure and Entertainment Centre with swimming pool, water chute and kiddies splash pool. Family entertainment is also available in the cabaret room with live acts, additional Bars and Restaurant.
It is just a short walk into Prestatyn's bustling town centre. The historic city of Chester and the beautiful Snowdonia National Park is only a short car journey away.
Prestatyn is rich in Castles, waterfalls and beautiful scenery. North Wales has many golf courses and other sporting facilities all easily reached from Lido Beach Caravan Park.
Rhyl and Prestatyn have plenty to offer, with great pubs and friendly restaurants offering a warm welcome. Experience the wonderful Scenery of Snowdonia National Park and visit Caernarfon Castle.
Ramblers will enjoy the ancient walk along Offah's Dyke linking North and South Wales. Theres always something new and adventurous to discover such as a great day out exploring Chester with its shops, visitng the wildlife within the zoo or enjoying the latest performance at the theatre.
Nearby Rhyl has a unique revolving Sky Tower with picturesque views of local coastlines and beach. There is also a theatre and a multi-plex cinema. Prestatyn offers plenty for everyone with traditional seaside fun and lots else besides... as well as activites right here on the park!
