Golden Anchor Holiday Park

Six birth caravan in a great location by the roadside (no muddy shoes on the way home) with full length veranda to the side of the van with seating area. The van consists of two bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds with a double pullout sofabed in the lounge. All bed linen is included and is made up ready for your stay. Modern decoration throughout with spacious master bedroom with two double wardrobes and dressing table.

Large corner sofa in the lounge with dining table.  TV and microwave and all cooking utensils.  There is a gas fire in the lounge and electric wall heaters in the other rooms.  The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, under counter fridge with access to a full-size freezer in the outdoor store.  Iron and ironing board provided.  Car parking spaces available opposite the van.

No smoking is allowed in the van.  Please ask about bringing a pet.

Laundrette is available next door to the site reception which is coin operated.

The van is a short walk to all the bars/shops and amusements on Trunch Lane.  The beach is only a few minutes walk away.

Ingoldmells is a short drive away as is Skegness and Mablethorpe.  Lots in the local area to do including mini golf, pirate ship café, North Sea Observatory, Hardy’s Animal Farm, Fantasy Island.

A £75 security deposit will be taken in addition to the cost of your holiday.  This will be returned after your stay providing no damage has occurred.

We require the full balance to be paid 6 weeks before your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations will result in the £75 security deposit not been refunded!

If you decide to cancel your holiday and it less than 6 weeks to your stay you will receive 50% of your payment, if you cancel less than 2 weeks to your stay no monies will be returned.  If you cancel with more than 6 weeks to your stay a full refund will be given less the £75 security deposit. 

All payments to be made via bank transfer.

We offer Saturday to Saturday weekly stays, but if you are looking for a weekend Friday to Monday please message for availability. Weekend stays are £50 per night. 

Ideally located at Golden Anchor family holiday park you will never be far from all the amenities and entertainments of Chapel St Leonards. Offering easy access to the well kept beach with no major roads to cross, via the various pathways provided from the site, an impressive array of shops, amusements arcades, restaurants, and public houses are within minutes walk of the site entrance.

Nightly entertainment is widely available in the various club houses, non more so than our very own cabaret showbar "Club Tropicana" located a 5 minute walk away at the Golden Palm Resort.
