This is our lovely family holiday home for hire on Unity Beach, situated in a quiet area, but within easy reach of all the sites facilities.

Passes are Optional, but can be booked through us if required, you will need passes to acces the entertainment venues and 1/2 price to Brean splash & Brean play. 

This Platinum grade caravan is spacious and modern and has a fully fitted kitchen full size fridge/freezer, oven along with dining table & chairs, It’s double glazed, has central heating and an glass electric fire with LED flame affect for those cosy nights in.

There are three bedrooms one double with its own en-suite toilet/sink, wardrobes and vanity area, there are two twin bedrooms both with wardrobes and plenty of storage.

Also a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. 

A family bathroom with shower, toilet/sink.

The patio doors lead out onto one of two verandas where you can sit and relax whilst the children play in the large fully enclosed fenced garden, there is a ramp which provides easy access to the front door and second veranda which also has a seating area.

Private parking for two cars.

We have a cot side/high chair, Iron and ironing board.

All bedding & bed linen is included, beds will be made up for your arrival. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed so i can provide extra bedding/linen.

Please provide your own towels, beach towels, tea towels and hair dryer.

We are a two minute walk to the beach.

The resort has several entertainment venues, a selection of bars & restaurants, takeaways, a fully stocked costcutter supermarket.

We accept monthly instalments please ask for more details.
A refundable £75 accidental damage deposit is required with the final balance & will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure date, if we have not identified any damages during your stay.

A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required to reserve your booking dates. Your final balance and your accidental damage deposit needs to be paid in full four weeks before your arrival date.

Balance to be paid in full if booked less than six weeks prior to your arrival date.
