Two spacious bedrooms - a king-size double bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 full-size single beds.
Sleeps 4 people comfortably plus a double sofa bed for an additional 2 people if required.

The holiday home will be cleaned thoroughly and prepared prior to your arrival and we ask you to leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure please.

BY MAKING A BOOKING WITH US YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
PLEASE READ THESE THOROUGHLY.

BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE TAKEN FROM ONE PERSON ON BEHALF OF THE WHOLE FAMILY OR GROUP, THAT PERSON BEING A RESPONSIBLE ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS.

FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES THE HOLIDAY HOME CARAVAN IS FOR THE SOLE USE OF THE GUESTS NAMED OVERLEAF AND NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE PERMITTED TO STAY OVERNIGHT.

WE REGRET THAT HAVEN HOLIDAY VILLAGE DO NOT WELCOME SAME SEX GROUPS ON THE PARK.

WE ASK FOR A £100 RESERVATION DEPOSIT (NON REFUNDABLE) PER WEEK, TO BE PAID ON BOOKING, IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOUR DATES.

FULL BALANCE TO BE PAID 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY START DATE.

IF THE BALANCE ISN’T RECEIVED BY 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY START DATE THEN WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SELL THE HOLIDAY BOOKED TO ANOTHER PARTY WITH NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT OR ANY OTHER PAYMENTS.

WE WILL ASK YOU FOR A £100 DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN YOU PAY YOUR FINAL BALANCE. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU WITHIN ONE WEEK OF CHECKING OUT OF OUR HOLIDAY HOME SUBJECT TO NO DAMAGE, BREAKAGES OR LOSSES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ANY SPECIALIST CLEANING OR REPAIRS TO DAMAGE INCURED DURING YOUR STAY.

ENERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED BUT CAN BE PURCHASED, IF REQUIRED, WHEN YOU CHECK IN.

ALL DUVETS AND PILLOWS ARE INCLUDED BUT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR  OWN BED LINEN (DUVET COVERS, PILLOW CASES, BOTTOM SHEETS), TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS.

WHERE MATTRESS AND PILLOW COVERS ARE FITTED PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THESE.ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED. YOU ARE ADVISED TO PURCHASE YOUR OWN COVER FOR THIS.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL ITEMS OR TO ANY PERSONS.

ARRIVAL TIME FOR OUR LUXURY PLATINUM HOLIDAY HOMES IS ANY TIME AFTER 1PM.

DEPARTURE IS BY 10AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE PLEASE.

WE RESERVE TO RIGHT TO UPDATE AND AMEND OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your holiday booking with us at any time up to 6 weeks before the start date but you will, however, forfeit your reservation deposit.

For cancellation at 6 weeks or less, for whatever reason, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies that you may have paid to us. Amendment to your booking cannot be made less than 6 week before your arrival date.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday at any time prior to arrival, for whatever reason, we will refund you in full any money that you have paid to us.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU TAKE OUT INDEPENDENT HOLIDAY INSURANCE IN ORDER TO COVER YOU AND YOUR PARTY FOR ANY UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
