Haven Berwick has 2 beautiful beaches on the door step just a short walk from the caravan and with only a 10 minute walk into the town centre. Lovely walks and loads of places to visit in and around Berwick. Magdalene Fields Golf Club is also a 5 minute walk from the caravan. 

A 3 bedroom private family home from home caravan with en suite and a family shower room. It has front and side decking with a large grass area at the front. 

It has a master bedroom with en suite and dressing table. One twin room and one double room with plenty of storage space. 

All bedding provided, all I ask is you remove all bedding and place in bags provided before departure.

Please remember to bring own bath towels!

The living room has a TV with freeview box and DVD player. Two comfortable couches with double doors leading out onto the veranda. 

There is a dining table with 4 chairs. 

The Kitchen has a gas oven, grill and hob, a microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle and all kitchen utensils to provide that home from home experience. There is also Brigs of Tweed Restuarant, Cook's Fish and Chips and Papa John's on site. 

All cleaning products will also be supplied all we ask is you have a lovely relaxing experience in our holiday home. 

Fun passes are NOT included in the price of this caravan but can be purchased from the main reception desk on arrival. Fun passes will allow access to on site entertainment, swimming pool and kids activities.

Pets

Dogs may be permitted depending on size and temperament at an extra cost of £20 for your stay. Please get in touch to discuss suitability.

A £100 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Holidays cannot be held without a secure deposit payment. 

Payment is by bank transfer. Your £100 deposit will only be returned after the caravan has been checked and is left how you found it, clean and tidy with no damage or breakages, any evidence of smoking will also result in loss of the deposit. Please Note this is a NON Smoking caravan. 

Payment is due in full 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Failure to pay in full by the given date may result in your booking being cancelled with no deposit refund. Once the balance has been paid in full you will receive a confirmation email. 

When booking we need your car registration number for security purposes and for check in to the Haven Site. 

Check in/check out-

3 Night Stay- Friday to Monday- Check in 3pm Friday, Check out 11am Monday

4 Night Stay- Monday to Friday- Check in 3pm Monday, Check out 11am Friday

Please note check in times must be adhered to, early access will not be permitted. If guests fail to vacate the caravan by 11am they will lose their deposit. 

Keys- we will provide you with the key safe code for access to the caravan a few days before your arrival. 

Guests agree to take care of the caravan and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately. 

Only Guests who are named on the booking are permitted to stay.

Even though this is a privately owned caravan, the rules of the site must be adhered to, please give consideration to other people around you, loud music is not allowed in or around the caravan. If security is called this may result in your stay being cut short and there will be no right to a refund, your security deposit will also be lost. 

We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property, or damage suffered to the hirer or any member of your party. 

Cancellation Policy- if you have to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately. If you cancel your holiday before your balance is due this will result in the loss of your security deposit. If you cancel after your balance has been paid the amount refunded will be at the owners discretion. We recommend all parties take out adequate holiday insurance. 

We the owners reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and refund all monies paid.
