Great Yarmouth is just a short drive away from the caravan, consisting of multiple amusement arcades, the Sea Life Centre, Tide & Time Museum, a beautiful beach, and Pleasure Beach theme park. Or why not take a short drive to see some wildlife at Thrigby Hall and Gardens – home to a wide range of exotic creatures including Tigers, Leopards, Crocodiles, Gibbons and more!

Luxury 2-bedroom static caravan situated across the road from the main Parkdean complex. The caravan benefits from double glazing and gas central heating for those cosy nights in.

Enter the caravan to a fully equipped kitchen with built in washing machine, microwave, 4-slice toaster, George Foreman grill, Tassimo coffee machine and an air fryer.

To the left of the kitchen, you’ll find a warm and cosy lounge ready to greet you with an electric fire, armchair, 3-seater sofa and 2-seater sofa-bed plus a 50” smart TV with included Freeview so you can catch up on those favourite shows or enjoy a movie with the family.

To the right of the kitchen, you’ll find access to bedroom 1, bedroom 2 and the bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a 20” TV and a door leading straight to the main bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a wardrobe.

The bathroom consists of a Jack and Jill bathroom with a full-sized shower, bath, wash basin and a heated towel rail.

The caravan benefits from an outdoor garden area with patio furniture, parasol, and sun chairs.

For your convenience, parking is available beside the caravan with easy access in and out of the resort and Wi-Fi with an Echo Dot is also available to use during your stay.

Bedding is provided for 4 people, if you require use of the sofa bed you will need to bring your own bedding. Towels and tea towels are not provided so please ensure you bring your own.

A non-refundable deposit of £75.00 is required to secure your booking, this will then be deducted off your remaining balance which is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. An additional £100.00 damage deposit is required at the time the remaining balance is due which will then be refunded to you once you checkout and damage/ inventory checks have been completed – Please allow 72 hours for your refund to be processed.

We can only accept payment via bank transfer, we will require your name and arrival date to be entered as the reference.

Check-in is at 3pm and checkout is at 10am, if you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us and we will try and accommodate this where possible however, an additional charge will apply.

The key safe code will be sent to you prior to 3pm on the day of your arrival.
