Welcome to my 2 bedroom caravan on the lovely holiday park, Liskey Hill, Perranporth, Cornwall.

1 double bedroom and 1 twin room with single beds, these can be pushed together to make a double bed.

ensuite bathroom and seperate toilet, fully fitted kicthen including air fryer. Lounge is modern and spacious to include a smart TV and free WiFi.

Outside there is secure decking and seating to enjoy the Cornish evenings drinking something cold.

To secure your holiday a £100 deposit is requested (please note that should the holiday be cancelled the deposit paid is none refundable ).
In addition a refundable £100 security bond will be added to the final cost. This is to cover any excess cleaning and is fully refundable to you on successful examination of the holiday home following your holiday (it should be noted that any breakages should be declared and are chargeable to you).
The remaining money to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. Payment by bank transfer is preferred please.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING AS THIS IS OUR CONTRACT/AGREEMENT

We require a £100 deposit/security bond to book any dates with us.
We will send the deposit/security bond back as soon as our holiday let has been checked over after your holiday.
Please supply your bank details upon departure

PLEASE NOTE by paying your deposit you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions within  the contract agreement.

No refund of the deposit or balance will be given, in the event of a cancellation

Whilst we allow pets on the sofa, please provide throws or blankets to cover and protect it. Any muddy pawprints left on carpet or soft furnishings, may result in a charge being applied to your security bond and deductions made.

Excessive pet hair may also result in a charge being applied to bond to allow for extra cleaning costs.

Our holiday home is strictly NO SMOKING in all rooms. If there are signs of smoking this WILL affect your bond

The security deposit covers ourselves for any damages to our holiday let or if left in poor hygienic conditions.

Please don't add any extra people or dogs to what has been agreed on letting the property. 

The charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited at the caravan. Anyone found to be charging their vehicle from the caravan supply will be asked to leave and their security bond will not be returned. 

● In the event of a power cut out of our control, either by the supplier or because of issues on site, no refunds or discounts will be given.
● The owners of the site have taken the stance to ban all XL Bully or XL Bully type
